This establishment was awful in every aspect. Please read the whole review for details. You must buy points that are added to a card. 1 point = $0.25. The games, however, were priced at different increments. For example, 2.3 points for one game and 7.2 for another. This made absolutely no sense to me other than to take money from the consumer. For example, the three cards I purchased all had small balances remaining we were unable to use on any games. Some games were as much as 8 points (or $2.00) per turn. There were several games I know I have seen at Chuckie Cheese’s for $0.25 that were $1.00+ at Power Play. Several games we played did not work. The staff had no problem refunding my card for the game, but I can’t help but think of a 7 year old trying to figure out if their card was debited for the amount of the game or not. Several of the games were also out of order. After being completely annoyed and fed up with the pricing, I had the kids I took use up the rest of their balance as soon as possible to get out of there. This brings us to the annoying ticket situation. The prizes were extremely cheap and low quality (much worse than anything I’ve seen at any similar establishment). My son had a balance of 99 tickets. After getting a few prizes, we had a balance of 4 tickets left, which we took home with us on our card since the smallest prize was 5 tickets. Another thing I must mention is the fact that their kid’s zone was 20 points (or $5.00) to enter!!! Inside of the kids zone are tubes and a ball pit (something that is free at Chuckie Cheese and a few area fast food restaurants), a few toddler toys, and a few games (which they also charge for). There was no security at the exit and the place was dimly lit. I don’t mind paying for games or entertainment for my children and some of this may sound petty, but this place is no doubt making a significant amount of money off of the small amounts they take/save from overpriced games, unused balances on cards, broken games, and unused tickets. I have no idea why anyone would return. I did not try the food so maybe there is a positive note there.

Terrible horrible experience this evening. A not so nice, more interested in her dinner employee was unbelievably rude to my mother who was sitting in the dining area because of a Fybromyalgia flare up. The fantastic staff went even so far as to cordon off the entire dining room area making it impossible for my mother to get out and putting a 50lb sign in between her and the exit.I really enjoyed the young blond staff member waving and acting like she owns the place. (Sweetie I REALLY hope you are friends with the owner because if you aren’t this is definitely the end of your career at powerplay!) and saying goodbye to our money… we spent $200 there tonight and its safe to say I will not be back.I have never seen such incompetent staff in my life. They all stand around on their cellphones, talking to each other and eating. Child safety is NOT a priority here as there is literally nobody watching the kids.Ride and and play area operators often have not in uniform guests that are just sitting around chatting with the operators… great look and makes me feel really safe leaving my kid here..not.I will be calling to the attention of the owner his employees behaviors, especially the one of the rude staff member who treated us like an unwanted inconvenience during her dinner. We ARE SOOOO SORRY WE DECIDED TO COME SPEND OUR MONEY AT POWERPLAY…WE WILL NEVER MAKE THAT MISTAKE AGAIN!STAFF FRIENDLINESS FSTAFF ATTENTIVENESS FVALUE FFOOD F—-STAFF INCOMPETENCE A+

This place is amazing. I have been going there for years with my friends and family. The attractions never get old and there’s always new arcade games there for the kids. Sometimes just us adults go and play Whirly ball and race go-karts. Overall this place has excellent customer service and great games for all ages. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a day out with kids or friends.

Read a review from 2 months ago, so checked the place out before calling to schedule anything. The staff was polite, the place was clean, and all of the games were working, so I called to book our party – 2 days in advance and had no problems getting a reservation. Computer was down when we got there, but no waiting – the manager sent us in to play WhirlyBall and had our tickets ready when we were done. Excellent food, immaculately clean, and my daughter and friends had a blast. Thanks for a great experience, well worth the price!

This was a complete joke. I was given incorrect information over the phone, so the gals at the counter offered to get their manager. I was treated so poorly and in an extremely unprofessional manner by manager Tracy. He walked off in my face, at one point telling me he didn’t have time for me. He has the worst customer service skills I have ever seen at any establishment. I spent 108.00 walking into PowerPlay, and that is the treatment that is approved. I will never attempt to go there again and plan to continue to reach someone above Tracy. The establishment has really gone down hill: dirty bathrooms, unpleasant workers, horrible service and the worst management.
