I have read the reviews written here and yes, some of the points from other reviews are accurate. We have gone on a Saturday and it was extremely busy, there are parents socializing not watching their kids, or playing with their kids and ‘reserving’ tables .. but you know what – that happens at a public playground too; so it’s everywhere. I left my purse/diaper bag by a couch, while playing, and no one touch it. If I was at a public playground, I would not have done that in fear of it being taken. We have also gone during the week, it is less busy, and my son has met kids close to his age and he now looks forward to going a few times a week, so he can see his friends. They all play well together and having fun.About the pricing, yes, it’s $10 a child for unlimited play – and when you compare the cost to other places, it’s aligned to what similar places are charging. The staff is always visible, friendly and helpful, and try their best to keep the play area safe for the kids. It’s one of the few places, where I would repeatedly go back to! Thanks for giving the kids a safe (and weather friendly) place to play.

I like this place!! It’s clean and comfortable! We’ve been going here since grand opening. I liked it then, but I like it even more now! They have made some improvements that have very much improved the experience! The parents are invited to join the kids in the play area. The slides are fun, even for adults! I often meet a friend there, and we hang out for a couple or few hours, so we get our money’s worth! The food is really good! I’m not a coffee drinker, but my friends are, and they love the coffee!I have been going since they opened, and will continue to go there until my kid gets too big!Don’t forget socks!!

This place is great for kids. My daughter loved playing there. It was clean and I loved the couches the parents could sit on. Also, the food from the cafe was yummy. The only downside is the price to play. Because my husband is the only one that works, money is tight; therefore, I highly doubt we will be back to play. $30 for 3 kids is just outrageous to me. If you are rich and can spend the money, this place is perfect for you.

Today for the first time I toke my 2 year old girl there. She LOVED it, and I did too. Kids are safe, can’t fall down, can’t hurt themselves, can’t run out…..parents can relax. Some parents should watch their kids more though. Some of them are very rude, 2-3 older boys hit and pushed my girl MANY TIMES even in the toddler area, while their parents had a good time and did not care at all. (but this isn’t the fault of the owner or the workers, everyone should behave their own kids) Food was very good and the prices are good as well.

My kids LOVE this place. I have a 7 year old, 3 year old and almost 1 year old and they ALL have fun at the PlayGrounds. They have something for all ages and even a safe little area for the babies/crawlers. I love the cafe and never leave without a DELISH mocha or one of their awesome freshly made sandwiches. Great food at the grill! The staff is always friendly and helpful and the entire place is spotlessly clean. Hands down, our FAVORITE in door play area.
