Pine Acres was an unexpected gem of a find. Didn't expect a lake, and the campground is amazing, with a ton to do for the kids. We are here for the Halloween weekend for Columbus day, they have so many events scheduled for the family even trick or treating for the kids Sunday night. Fabulous place, and everyone has been very nice!!! Would definitely return!

Can't say enough good things about Pine Acres. The wooded sites and amenities are clean while the attendants were helpful. They even delivered wood to the site (4 or more bundles)! The beach was raked each morning and our fur kid enjoyed the dog beach. It was obvious these folks love what they do and care about the CG. The whole place mobilized when a young camper got lost and the patriarch in the golf cart came by later to let us know all was well.

I just returned from a weekend at the Pine Acers. I have to say that the management was something to be desired. I enqueued if anyone was checking in when we left if we could do a late check out. Well normally at any other campsit it was not a problem but it was here. She treplied no one is checking in after us but they dont do late check out and wanted me to pay for one night and my dog even thou we just wanted to 1pm. The campground was nice it was just the management was horrible. We will not return to the pine Acers.

Way over priced. Expect a weekend at Pine Acres to cost you $200+ not including food or drink when all is said and done. They are 50% more expensive than the next most expensive campground I've ever been too! The rules are so strict you are asked what site you are at every time you go to the bathroom! A go-cart drives by every 20-30 minutes and the staff reminds you of the rules, even when you aren't breaking any! I've been camping dozens of times and this was by far the worst experience I've ever had.

Camp grounds where nice....... Management is stupid. Kept double billing me for guests. Owner came down in golf cart Sunday AM said I had to go with him to pay more at the office immediately. I explained that he already charged me & my guests paid at the door when they came in.

He kept insisting I get in his golf cart & drive me to the office....whatta joke. I think he was calling me out?
I paid an additional 30 dollars because I felt bad for the old nut & did not want to ruin the trip. The next night his wife called and demanded I pay an additional...Read More
