Have you ever wondered if there was a place that had the world's largest pinball collection near you? Well, if you're near Las Vegas, you will do! The Pinball Hall of Fame is located near that famous strip, and it's just FILLED with those fun, classic games!
Las Vegas may be known for Elvis, the Rat Pack, and neon lights, but here, it's all about the pinball game.
The games at the Pinball Hall of Fame range from the 1950s, right up to the 1990s, and all of the 25,000 st feet are used up! All of the machines are available to play, and all are restored like they are new, so you can play them until your heart's content.
The Pinball Hall of Fame is a non-profit experience, so the machines aren't open but they aren't a budget breaker, The older ones are set to 25c per play, and the newer models are 50c.
The place itself is run by a man named Tim Arnold, who is a veteran arcade operator, and knows his pinball machines - so if you have any questions about the history of the machines, or want to find your favorite one, they will know what they are talking about!
Parents will love the trip down memory lane with the games they used to play, and kids will love the challenge of these brilliant machines - much more fun than sitting at a computer in the dark!
So next time in Vegas, take a trip to this historic and fun family arcade experience, and be part of history!
The new location is on 'the Strip', right across from the 'Welcome to Las Vegas' famous sign! (And right across from Mandalay Bay hotel.)
