DO NOT STAY HERE! The owners are rude and have ZERO INTEGRITY! Good way to run a business into the ground. we only stayed one night. And that was a waste of time money!
the ONLY good review they have had to be from a family member trying to help their ratings!

the people in the office are great, if we need anything they try to help. We have stayed here two times, and have never had any problems. We are moving on to another area, as he woks different places. But if the job comes back to Phoenix we will stay here. Oh yeah, can't leave out Eddy and his dad, They are great. Every body we have met here are very nice.

Awful!! DO NOT STAY HERE!! Management is EXTREMELY unprofessional and just plain horrible. Supposedly, the manager, Eddie, is the nephew of the owner. Too bad I can't get ahold of the owner. The girl with short, brown hair, who works in the office, most days, is nice. However, the male manager and the maintenence worker are both very loud, dirty, and completely devoid of any shred of professionalism. I wonder if this is the first job they have ever held. They can't keep track of what they tell one resident, or another, so this leads to alot of misunderstandings...Read More

I stay here regularly during the summer for one or two weeks at a time. The management has always been welcoming and laid back. The campsites themselves are a little close together and as a whole the campground is pretty sparse. For someone semi-retired and in their 30's it's my first choice.

They can't keep track of what they tell one resident, or another, so this leads to alot of misunderstandings with different rules for everyone. They scream and yell and curse at their customers. And both men are very "creepy". THIS IS NOT A PLACE FOR CHILDREN. It's a "Chester the Molestor" type of feel. Several families we befriended had problems and moved. The men skulk around the playground and pool, trying to talk to the kids there. Also, saying inappropriate things to myself and other females. The maintenance man (who lives in his pick-up truck, on premises, even though that is not allowed, according to the rules) approached my son, and then when I asked why he would do that, instead of talking to myself or my husband, he began screaming at me. This led to the male manager, Eddie, approaching me and calling me ugly and quite a few elementary level expletives, making up an off-the-wall story, then evicting us. The manager also bragged about being a gang member. Which, I sincerely doubt, but, that is his mentality. There are alot of random charges for anything they can think of. And it is DIRTY. FILTHY. NASTY. I realise it is an r.v. park, therefore not as clean as even a hotel. However, feces all over the toilets on a daily basis seems to be something that should be cleaned. Dog hair is constantly in the washers and dryers. Trash and hair stays in the shower indefinitely. We stayed for 4 months, and there was the same trash in the shower the entire time, along with mold and cigarettes. Even though they state "all facilities are cleaned daily". I guess cleanliness is subjective. When you aren't clean, you don't know clean. The park is also covered in dog feces. They say you are required to clean up after your dog. This rule does not apply to their own dog, who often runs the park and using the restroom wherever it decides. I could go on, but, I think this is sufficent. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. This place is cheap for a bunch of obvious reasons. You get, EXACTLY, what you pay for. Personally, no monetary savings could justify the endangering of my children, the graphic, verbal abuse, and the funk on everything. Poor-Fair is being generous, but, that's the lowest ranking Google offers. I almost forgot to mention, Eddie, told me he has secret video footage of me, in the bathroom. Yea, our lawyer is on that one.
