After seeing some of the negative reviews here (and being skeptical that this could ever stack up to Please Touch), I can vouch that this is such an awesome place for the 8 and under crowd and like it better than PTM. My 20 month old had a ball here - so much to do that we didn't see it all in the 7 hours that we stayed - so good that we completely skipped nap time. Like another reviewer said, it's easier to keep track of your child(ren) because it's all one floor. The rooms are huge with plenty of different things to do in each room (the dinosaur...Read More

Took my 3 yr old there on a rainy day. Did not look like much from the outside. Once inside and starting to explore, my kid was completely hooked. She was just old enough to understand the different settings which were mock ups of different themes. A diner, pizza parlor, fishing ship, construction area, grocer stand, rock climbing wall, ice hockey rink....etc, etc, just a few of the setups. What was so special about these places. Nothing really, except that they were designed to allow your kid to actually be "hands on", imitating actual work staff...Read More

I took my 3 nieces to the Museum and they had a blast. We stayed way longer than I thought we would. The girls really got involved with the displays and interacting with each other. I was amazed at the breath and detail you could explore at each station. We have gone back 3 more times and they are always engaged. I love the place.

Went for a special 'fairy princess' event and it was chaos and we had a horrible time. My child couldn't utilize any of the events such as the horse and carriage ride, hair and make up, see the ballerina performance, or even eat the INCLUDED DINNER for $30.00 I paid for her admission do to over crowding and lack of competent staff. I wrote to them telling them my disappointment and never got a response back or an apology that we felt cheated out of our money and that my child didn't have a good time. It was a quick way for them to fill the place...Read More

The rooms are huge with plenty of different things to do in each room (the dinosaur digging exhibit has a playhouse, a faux dinosaur-dig sandbox and more - the farm has a barn with stalls and a loft as well as a farmhouse and pig sty ball pit, etc.). If you have the PTM annual membership, an adult and child will only cost $14.

Nothing really, except that they were designed to allow your kid to actually be "hands on", imitating actual work staff or doing things they normally would be seeing adults doing. So I go to sit at a pizza joint and my kid stood behind the counter and took my order, prepared my pizza, cooked it, served it. .rung it up on a register...all make believe of course...but it took none of the fun out of it for her. In fact, there were lots of kids there doing the same thing so it was very easy for her to go from one place to the next and just joining the next group that was playing at running a diner or fishing from the side of a boat (for plastic fish with hooked rings using wooden fishing poles) or shooting goals on a hockey rink with other players. It truly lets the kids imagine the real thing as everything was scaled down for them, including a vets office, doctors, office, uniforms they could don while making "food" (plastic versions which were very authentic and fun). Give this place a try. We drove almost an hour but enjoyed every minute. Stayed almost 5 hours there.

It was a quick way for them to fill the place with rowdy children, careless and stressed out parents and the 16 year old kids they hired to manage everyone and then fill their pockets. We wont be returning here!
