We had a great time! Hated having to see the sink hole cars (just because it is so sad that it happened) but am so glad they put them on display so that we could see just how horrible the disaster was. There are SO many picture opportunities! There is plexiglass in front of several of the cars, but it is easy to get pictures over the glass to not negatively affect your photos.
The gift shop (like most) was a little pricey, but that is to be expected.

Date of visit: 12/2007-- For anyone who is ever visiting or are even passing through the Bowling Green, KY area... this is a must see. I was only 13 at the time, my family was on a road trip and just passing through along the 65 freeway and saw this. Over 6 years later, still one of the coolest museums I have visited One of the best road trip stops I ever made. Thank you to the folks at the National Corvette Museum. A place any car enthusiast (or anyone for that matter) must see at least once in their life.

I am not going to say I would go back because I think it is one of those places that once you have seen it once, there really isn't going to be anything new... but I would suggest going just to see the history and some seriously beautiful cars!!
