My kid has a blast here. Lots of room to play, which is our primary reason for coming. Meh selection of video games. I tolerated the mediocre food, until the portions recently shrunk (eg, the last cheesesteak I ate there had very little meat—that wasn't always the case). Bottom line: you want awesome "jungle gym" fun for your little ones, come and enjoy! Video games and food, go elsewhere.

When they first opened up, the tables, chairs, arcade games, and all of the other basics seemed very cheap and probably discounted/used items from old fast food places or skating rinks. As their popularity has increased though, they've upgraded these to much higher quality, as well as increased the number of seats all over.

The playscape area is very large, with good amounts of comfortable chairs and couches for parents to sit while kids are playing. The layout is such that a 3 year old should be able to do all the obstacles, but it's spacious...Read More

I visited during a school day. My wife and I brought our toddler and besides from a few other children the whole place was ours. This practically gave us free reign over the place. The main play maze is incredibly fun for children and adults alike. There is a nice section for babies that was also really fun.

They have arcade games in the back that are a mix of modern games of luck and restored cabinets. There was also a snack bar but we didn't buy anything so I can't speak to the food. But our family had a great time and I highly recommend this...Read More

Sorry I cannot give lesser than 1 star.
I booked this facility to celebrate my elder daughter's 11th birthday on Monday Jan 18th 2016. They told us that we will receive an email for Evite. We had two tickets for our kids to spend some time there. We hadn't received any email for 2 hours. Before leaving we again asked that if she already send an email? Assistance Manager told that she hasn't but doing now. Looks like she forgot again. We tried to contact from home but was unsuccessful. Next day, we talked to someone to send us Evite immediately, she...Read More

I would have rate it 5 stars but the food there is very expensive and they do have great food there I always go here with my family every Saturdays I can almost never get my family any wedges let alone there food because just that alone is 5.00 so I take my family to baby As or Mcds before I go there. Wish the owner would lower it just a little your business will thrive we keep on coming back because it's a great cool in door play ground for our children and many others I see.

The playscape area is very large, with good amounts of comfortable chairs and couches for parents to sit while kids are playing. The layout is such that a 3 year old should be able to do all the obstacles, but it's spacious enough that even large adults can fairly easily make their way through. The pictures on the website make it look denser than it is, so even finding your child within the maze from the sitting area doesn't take much effort. Entrances and Exits are also clearly marked and all lead inward to the central area. Toddler area is also large with plenty of fun toys that can keep the younger ones engaged for quite a while.

I believe the price did increase a bit, but I think it's worth it. We brought our daughters here as well as our nieces and nephews, and they all had a blast. Definitely tires out the kids!

Next day, we talked to someone to send us Evite immediately, she told us that she is doing, however we hadn't received. We called nearly 7-8 time and left at least 2 voice mail. By 3:00pm no one replied, then we saw in google that facility is closed. I did received one called at 4:15pm which mentioned that I didn't pick their call, however point of call is to send us Evite, which was missing from their message either.
Anyhow, today Jan 20th 2016 I wrote message, left voice mail and waited till lunch time. By that time no one replied, therefore thought to go in-person. Young lady was there and started argue that I had left only once voice mail and not more than one. Its their mistake if they are keep on deleting messages not mine. I showed them how many calls are there from my mobile.

Decide yourself if you need more than one VoiceMessage to perform some task or not.

However, she sent Evite message in 1 minute. I asked if they had done this, I didn't had to call 10 times and come in person.. She said there was some problem in email till yesterday which was not known to everyone, but only manager. Trying to fool computer person. In whole conversation she didn't say sorry.

Looks like they are hatred with my look. I am Sikh with long beard and Turban.
For me there is no reason to tell a lie. In end I asked if they are willing to provide any discount for all this inconvenience, and she simple rejected.

Decide yourself if you look Asian.

Thanks and Regards
Devinder Singh
