This is by far one on the WORST places I have taken my children. Tickets are expensive which I expected. However, the entire staff was horrible. Not one smile, hello, have a good day, NOTHING!! from any of them. All of the staff was more interested in being on their cell phones, then paying attentions to the people that are paying!! I watched as one child on the bumper boat continue to have his motor cut off, certainly not enjoying himself, and the staff acted as if somehow the child did something wrong. When it was my sons turn, the staff put him in the same boat and had the same problem. When I went to management, she did offer additional tickets, which I GLADLY turned down. The entire place was dirty and the bathrooms were filthy!! If you

Let’s start with the positive things…LOTS of different tracks for all ages. Different rides that everyone can go on, and there’s miniature golf too (2 courses). The woman we bought our bracelets from explained that we had an hour to ride as much as we wanted ($30 each). You can go on each track three laps, so an hour is plenty of time. She even informed us of the tracks that weren’t operating due to the rain. [YES, IT RAINED RIGHT AS WE SHOWED UP–NOT COOL] Negatives– The customer service woman did inform us of which tracks my 10yr old could ride, and which ones were open even with wet tracks. What she didn’t tell us was, some of the tracks have different types of cars depending on height requirements. When my son and I went to ride one of the tracks that a) he could ride and b) was open with a wet track….turned out the cars for my son weren’t allowed to run, because THOSE couldn’t run during the rain. So we paid $60 for two tracks. Oh and the best part (sarcasm) was when we got on the two tracks, the cars don’t have mud flaps of any kind. So ALL the water from the rain that had fallen was splashing up from the spinning tires and onto us and our clothes. Dirt, tire particles, and nasty water splashing into your face, everywhere. NOT HAPPY! We ended up playing mini-golf then going home. Not a place to go after it’s rained….rip off. I realized it rained, but don’t have people spend money to get mud and dirt slung onto their clothes.

OUR BOYS LOVED IT! Go there expecting what it IS and NOT what it isn’t, and you too will have a blast. My three fellas (Dad and two boys) had a blast riding gokarts for an hour. They did NOT go at a peek hour and the attendants were kind and helpful! (Our eldest is autistic, so trust me when I say we are NOT an easy family to please.) They even encouraged and allowed our eldest to race the adult large go cart. He had a BLAST! They NEVER lost there patience or looked even annoyed at ANY point! (My husband notices even the smallest of shrugs @ our son) It was a wonderful male bonding afternoon. A memory that will last! Thank you Motorworld!!!

The go carts were crap, I was just looking for an adult go carting for myself for a couple hours. The very first ride on the adult Nascar carts, the cart slowed to a stop on the very first lap, they had to come out and restart me, by then the race was over. The Grand Prix cars were the fastest (excluding the Euro track) but again the carts were extremely worn and in poor condition. I bought a 1 hour wrist band, rode 3 rides in 1/2 hour and left the place, didn’t even finish out my last half hour. The only thing this place will work for is young kids who are too small for anything but kiddie cart rides, might be ok for that.

Avoid at all cost…if you don’t, it will cost you in time, money and personal safety. The staff are horrible, and are truely there for their own personal time off from reality, and your safety is not there concern. Money; bring loads of it…every is overpriced, and not worth your hard earned money. Again, AVOID…go down the road to the VA Aquarium….safe, air conditioned, and you and the kids will learn something.
