My first experiences with CCM were via phone conversations, particularly Kelly at the records and registration office. She was extremely rude and abrupt to handle any questions and conversations. I have found that almost any phone operator in most of the offices is extremely rude, impatient, and disrespectful. They also lack the ability to return phone calls and/or be present during their "business hours". As for the education received at this institute it must be okay seeing that my mother graduated from there and both my brothers have taken classes...Read More

Firstly, the quality of classes is just garbage. If you do not have a learning disability or if you are not straight out of high school, you will feel out of place. If you are straight out of high school, you will get a false sense of hope due to the ease of classes.

I remember one class the instructor skipped advanced topics because she thought the students were not capable of learning it (Computer Science in C#). Also, point-and-click classes like MS Excel, MS Access, Visual Basic, and Windows (how to use windows XP professional via point and...Read More

I spent one year at CCM and i would NEVER reccomend this school to anyone. They never answer the phone if you have any questions. Financial aid, bursar, admissions, are all rude, unorganized and outstandingly UNHELPFUL!!!! I have never felt so alone and mistreated by a school in my life. Never coming back untill they hire all new staff in the admissions building who are actually helpfull.

I've been attending this college for a complete semester and currently enrolled in a second. I will have to say that parking is one of the most rediculous things at this college based on times that classes take place it's crazy. Which college isn't, but it needs to be more student friendly.

Although CCM is a safe and clean school the administrative staff is severely flawed. Some Professors at CCM are extremely nice and helpful and others are extremely rude and do not deserve a job. I feel like at CCM, the nicer Professors barley get any classes and the more bitter and rude the Professors are they make them the head of their departments. Not all but a lot of the other Administrative staff are extremely lazy and unhelpful. Like I said, some are very but most are not and they do not know what they're talking about. I give CCM a 2.5 out...Read More

However, I do hope that CCM directors and founders deem that finding better staff for their offices is as important as the professors and curriculum they have.

***I encourage you all to write reviews about your experiences with the individuals who work in the offices as I know it is not the first time someone complains about it.

I remember one class the instructor skipped advanced topics because she thought the students were not capable of learning it (Computer Science in C#). Also, point-and-click classes like MS Excel, MS Access, Visual Basic, and Windows (how to use windows XP professional via point and click, i.e. start button) should not be in the curriculum for a technology major. This should be reserved for skill development for people who may have never touched a computer before. This was a total waste of time and money for me. Yes, maybe it was a bad decision for me to choose a community college in the first place when I should have been doing something more advanced, but that doesn't make it any more acceptable to stop teaching or to pick classes for a major that would never be found at the university level. Where's my refund?
