Whether you choose canoe or land tour. the guide's at Northeast Guide Service Maine moose watching are knowledgeable and take you into a wild world that is remote and beautiful to see wildlife. The guides care about the surroundings they take you into and the experience that they are offering you. I felt apart of something bigger than me and really special in the woods and wilds of Maine to see moose. Thank you, Northeast.

I want to share with you my experience, I had a blast and the guide was so nice and even though there was Amish people with us that I didn't know I still had fun and because I kept an open mind and I listened closely to the guide because that's what they are there for and if I get a chance I would love to go out with them again, whether I see a moose or not I enjoyed the serenity and being on the water even though I don't know how to paddle, the guide was nice and explained and showed me how to paddle because I spoke up and said hey I don't know...Read More

Expensive non-moose sighting tour for our party of 7! Especially for children under 12 the rough 1 hour + drive on bumpy roads, searching gravel pits and a very limited canoe-portion left us disappointed and car sick, to not see a speck of Moose. In our van group of 9 people "moose watching" did not happen.

Company had said van ride would be 30" with a relaxed canoe trip, and a 97% success rate of viewing 5-6 moose per trip. Our trip was considered a success as "guide" spotted a distant moose" but even with good binoculars it was just air. Beware...Read More

If your thinking about going to Greenville Maine please I highly recommend Northeast Guide Service they are located right after Indian Hill Store on the right and the Owners are Great people too, they do everything in their power to accomadate customers needs and btw they own hotel across the way so very convenient:-) thanks and Northeast Thanks for a wonderful time and hope I get to go out again on a guided trip..if I get the nerve maybe one of your rafting trips, yes people they do Rafting also I heard it was a blast but I too scared for that rofl. God Bless and Thanks Again

Guide was professional. Children disappointed. Next time we will head to our free DOT moose site !
