For what this place is, you can’t beat it. Some of the equipment could use a little TLC but that is to be expected with the use it gets. My kids ran themselves silly in this place and they took 3 hour naps after they got home. A great place to let your kids get exercise and burn off energy.

Horrible Customer Service! I had my daughter’s birthday party there, they brought wrong wings than i ordered, and when i wanted to exchange them they told me it’s too late? Really? Like it was my fault… The managers there have no respect for costumers.. The started to clean up our stuff 20 minutes before our time was up… it was just a horrible experience and each time i go there it gets worse and worse… so yeah it was the last time that i went to this place!

Place is a total dump but what else are you going to do in the Chicago winter. My 3 and 6 year olds love it.

Had my son’s 4th birthday party there, the kids under 8 had fun…BUT poor customer service: only saw the hostess 3 times the whole party, at the begining just to sign contract, when they brought the food and to charge me (service nothing compared to ChuckECheeses) – asked her to put away ice cream I had brought, never did.(it melted) Had reserved a party for 30 guests, according to them I had 7 extra so I paid for the extra guests $6 each. Once I counted all my guests I only had 32. (They counted the birthday boy and 3 babies under 2.)when they had mentiioned they were in for free. When I went to dispute the extra people they accounted for they could not do anything because I had paid already and it was final & in the contract it states clearly “final guest count provided by Monkey Island may not be disputed”. Oh WOW… I guess they just add to the list and I gotta pay. $348.70 for this party and experience. First and Last…Never making birthday party here again!
