Where are we going today?

Want to know one of the best things about indoor play centers? They're indoors! This means that no matter how cold - or how HOT - the weather gets, kids can enjoy controlled fun all year round!

And with Makutu's Island Family Fun Center, it's the perfect way to beat that Arizona heat!

Makutu's Island (pronounced Ma-coo-twos!) is perfect for kids of all ages, to play, climb, laugh and get creative!  The center is designed with a tropical theme, so kids will be walking into an exciting, lush indoor "island" with bungees, zip lines, towering tress, climbs, and even mysterious caves!

For those little active kids in the family, there is a special Toddler Zone too, where they can enjoy kiddie sized slides, as well as soft foam blocks.

The older kids have four main play areas to explore! The centrepiece of Makutu's Island Family Fun Center is a HUGE indoor tree! This tree is an experience in itself, with tubes, tunnels, fire-poles, mole-holes and slides.

Keep an eye out for the animals carved within it's root system! They can be sneaky!

Within the tree itself, kids will love the "snake" slide that actually starts on the forth level, and will twist them down more than 35ft to the base!

But that's not all! There is swashbuckling fun waiting at Pirates Cove, and magic and mystery at the Blue Fantasy Tree. Let's not forget about the Palm Slide! These are less rigorous than the oak tree, so great for kids who are new to the center.

Don't worry though - there is still fun to be had with the caves, tunnels, and even a zip line!

With an arcade and theater to top it all off, you can see how Makutu's Island Family Fun Center became listed as one of the largest indoor place centers in the entire state!

Let's go have some FUN!

we have been there a few times and my kids love it. accept when it's a birthday they should have the staff prepared with some program or something. there wasn't even a kids music playing, I had to turn Pandora on to entertain kids while they were eating pizza and then cake.

Great experience for my sons 5th birthday for small family gathering. Lots of staff to monitor playground and help. Facility and cafe was clean. Pizza was better then most of the cardboard pizza you get at kids places. Worth the $ during the Az summers to escape the heat and let the kids play. Management/owners were on site and care about your experience.

The sign said they are on Vacation and to check the website for when they will open. The Web site has NO INFORMATION ABOUT BEING CLOSED! I have very disappointed children here! Probably never going to return!

Went there this past weekend with three year olds and a five yr old. Older child loved it and had fun exploring all the tunnels and slides.

I only give it a "good" because their toddler area is CRAP. The three yr old wanted to play there and they do have three small slides, but the foam "play blocks" are all beat up and dirty. Honestly the McD's play land has this area beat.

Great place if you dont plan on using the toddler area.
