Magic Waters Waterpark is a great way for the whole to cool off - after all, you will spending the day in some pretty awesome water attractions! Are you ready to hear all about them?
Do you know what an Abyss is? Well - you're about to head in one! Be brave as you head with a friend through the DARK tunnels that will twist and turn you along until that SPLASH finish!
If you think the Abyss sounded scary, what do you think about Double Dare Drop? If you love speed, get ready to make your way down 75 feet on one of the steepest speed slides in the northern Illinois/southern Wisconsin!
Just imagine the view of the park from the top!
You can even time yourself, and see who makes it down the fastest!
Ready for the largest wavepool in the entire state? at 707,000 gallons of heated water, you can feel like you're in the ocean with the waves reaching up to 6 feet high!
If you were wanting something a little less "makes you scream" at Magic Waters Waterpark, then there are some great ones for you. Paradise Pipelines are fun to go for a spin in with a friend, or you can just laze around on the Splash Magic River on your tube, and just take in the atmosphere.
For those little water babies in the family, the Little Lagoon is the coolest spot for them. They can make kiddie sized splashes, and slide down kiddie slides, and just play in the fun water attractions there.

There are FIVE places that you can grab food! From burgers, hot dogs, chips, churros, and candy, to even dippin dots!.
Coconut Cafe and Ocho's Cantina sell salads and sandwiches.
Any Top Tips?
Why not rent a cabana if you want some extra family privacy and shade? .
Doing our bit
They love to keep you safe, so all of the pools have lifeguards, who have all been trained. They also have safety procedures in place for certain situations. .
Need a little extra help?
Not all of the rides are accessible, but certainly some are, so speak to staff about which ones are best for you. You can also get a Quick Pass where you can move to the front of the line.
Can I get one of those?
The gift shop has everything you could want to remember your day by, from souvenirs, to apparel, toys and those swimming needs. .

Im from forida so ive been to diff waterparks.this water park was cool though I was visting Illinois in the summer and my aunt lives right by it and its walking distance I like the double dare ride id recomend this water park its awesome
I have been to Magic Waters MANY times and I can assure you that you will NOT be disappointed. If you do not have time to go to the much bigger Six Flags Great America nearby ( sorta ) this is a must for you! Their watercoaster has longish lines, but for every other slide the wait is around 1-3 minutes. Small kids can have great fun in 2 different water play areas and the VERY lazy river. it nice i went today it had fun slide and a nice area for young children the wave pool was fun excepted short people going far up in the wave pool it had short lines and tubes four people could go on but it was kind of confusing finding the line for the slide you wanted to get on

Don't go!!! until they find out why, friends and family's children were there this weekend and have foot and hand disease ! very painful ... and expensive emergency treatment!

Their watercoaster has longish lines, but for every other slide the wait is around 1-3 minutes. Small kids can have great fun in 2 different water play areas and the VERY lazy river. They also have a unique slide called Typhoon Terror, one of only 3 others in the entire country. Food is average, but you can bring in your own coolers! Only downside to this park is that the french fries taste cheesey, cheese fries or not. Highly reccomend this park, though! You will have a great time!
