My kids love animals and we were looking for something new. This zoo is a little more than an hour away from Boston but it is a nice scenic ride. I wasn't impressed initially. On first blush it seemed really small but as we explored more deeply they actually have quite a good variety of animals. It was definitely worth the ride

Its definitely my fav Zoo around, great animals, small and cozy, feeding them is always fun , I enjoy it way better than Southwick , Roger and Medford,MA Zoo. Its easier to walk around, has more unique animals, concentrates on them not rides also. The animals are taken care of and its always fun. Definately Go. Also go to Animal Adventures in Boylston , MA a rescuce, for animals, its a very small place but amazing exotic animals and they use your donations to help their organization, look for their groupon.

We loved it! It had more animals and was actually bigger then we expected. All animals quite active on the day we were there. You can get close to the animals and get great photos. On the scale of zoo's it is small but we still spent a good amount of time there.
    Will go back.

Great day! The facility was much larger than I anticipated. The boy loved it. I'm giving it 5 stars with consideration that it is in Ludlow, MA.... This is not the best zoo I've ever seen - but for something so close and reasonably priced, I found it to be an amazing local gem.

Lots of animals. What was also nice is that many were very acclimated to people. The artic foxes came right up to the front of the enclosure and were sniffing at us... The fact that the animals were not skittish of people was not only great for visitors, but is also...Read More

Lupa Zoo is a definitely a great place to bring your child(ren). My kids LOVE it. They absolutely love the fact that they are able to feed a lot of the animals. The price for animal feed is totally reasonable. The cost to feed the giraffe is reasonable as well and my kids love doing that. The various animal statutes that the children can get onto are great for taking memorable pictures and/or just for the children to have fun. The educational and interactive shows are worth while to sit in on for sure. The rides are limited, but fun and reasonably...Read More

I highly recommend it!
