We took a bus from the Singapore flyer with WTS travel, the trip to Legoland is an easy 1 hour - however, customs added 20 minutes on the way and 50 minutes on the way back (because of the queue). I went there with my 3.5 yr old son. It was fantastic! The water park was top quality as well as the theme park. It is more suited to younger kids rather than teens. Being big lego fans, we had a lot of fun the entire day. Food was diverse and quite cheap. If you don't have Malaysian currency, the park will exchange your Singapore money at the gift...Read More

All the major attractions and displays are outdoors and are already starting to show signs of exposure to the weather. Shade is minimal and a blisteringly hot day didn't help the situation. Take sun screen.

Food choices were surprisingly diverse, good value and tasty.

Rides are aimed at the younger kids and 42 year old blokes with an aversion to roller-coasters. Perfect!

Good for primary school age kids and lego addicts. Not good for teenagers.

Lego Water Park (right next door) is good fun - you can do both parks in one day no problem...suggest...Read More

This theme park is good fun and worth the drive from Singapore. It could do with a lot more shade as it is extremely hot and the food could be a bit more "westernized". The rides are very good as are the water slides.

The park was good for kids, but it's too hot and humid. Outdoor themepark is not good idea for Johor since the climate is not suitable for that kind. It's either too hot and humid or heavy rain. Both make us inconvenience during the day

We went to the dry theme park for two days during the June school holiday. On the first day, while queuing to go in the main entrance, one of the staff asked me to show my ticket !! In my mind, I am asking, is that necessary and of course I felt insulted. Would I go in without purchasing ticket and there is no way to break in with the tight security. It was raining at noon at we thought of watching the 4D movie. Guess what, after the long queuing and we finally went into the cinema. Few minutes later, they annouced 'Technical Problem' !!! and it...Read More

If you don't have Malaysian currency, the park will exchange your Singapore money at the gift shops after a purchase with a good exchange rate of 2.5 when we were there. Locker hire was 20 myr for the whole day for a small locker. Staff were friendly and respectful. I wish we stayed 1 night at the hotel as the water park was a lot of fun. Highly recommended.

It was raining at noon at we thought of watching the 4D movie. Guess what, after the long queuing and we finally went into the cinema. Few minutes later, they annouced 'Technical Problem' !!! and it was down for few hours. Full of disappointment....

The next day, we had other family members joining from Singapore. It was very hot throughout the whole day with limited shelter. We were tired and did not really enjoy due to the heat and other factors which are listed below.

We were allowed to go in although our bag was checked as we brought some food for the little grand child of age 1+. I have actually asked one of the staff on our first day if we can bring food for little children and was informed they have liniency for children. This is to show that I checked before breaking the rule.

During lunch time, we came out to eat nearby. When we re-enter, our bag was checked again and we were stopped for a packet of biscuit and the staff told us to eat half the packet before re-entering. Of course, we were annoyed and my wife explained that she brought the food for the little boy to bring back to Singapore and she negotiated if she can leave it at the counter and re-collect back when exiting. The staff refused and it spoilt the whole family mood. I did not re-enter and would say my visit on second day was meaningless and entrance ticket is basically paid to Legoland without even using the facilities. I saw it with my own eyes there was a Malay lady bringing children with a recycle bag full of food and the bag was not even checked !! My point is why would they have priority for races !! We have spent more than a thousand ringgit just for the entrance ticket and I definitely will not go back again, neither will I recommend to other people.Legoland is losing a good customer who may have spread good words if given good treatment. Sad to say, they failed on this.

To add on, during our second day, they were so many technical problems in the rides. I am sad to say that Legoland should have more proper training for the staff and to have fair treatment to all customers. Otherwise, Legoland will start losing prestigious customers.
