We had an amazing time at Legoland in Grapevine with my daughter and her friend, both 8. Yes, you need to reserve a time slot. We had no problem discovering this on the website. We did a little rescheduling that day and arrived a few hours late but had no problems. We stayed for over 3 hours and the kids wanted to stay longer. There is a large multistory play area, a 3D movie theater with 3 rotating movies all day (billed as "4D" because you get wet, wind blows, etc.), three rides (one with a shooting game that was fun for me as well as the kids),...Read More

Horrible. My daughters did not have a good time at all. It is not maintained. Many of the displays are broken. People have been stealing things and they overcrowd the areas so there is no room. It really looks as if the people working there just don't care. I have three daughters and we took them there thinking it would be a fun end of summer activity on a rainy day. They didn't want to stay more than an hour. The line for the "rides" were ridiculously long. Extremely disappointing. Save your money and go to the aquarium.

Terrible customer service! They need to blast on their page that even if you get there at 10 on a Monday you will not be able to walk in! It may be empty but you have to buy a time slot! Even if there is no line and hardly any one in there! We traveled 1 1/2 hours to get there! The manager was of no help and did nothing! This is a horrible policy that needs to be changed! Publish large and bold on the website that you absolutely have to have a time slot! You just can't walk in! BAD! Will let everyone I know what a bad experience that was!

Ordered tickets online picked a time slot $70 for 3 people only one of them was a child. Why should parents pay tickets there is absolutely nothing for us to do? Get there ten minutes early stood in line for almost 20 minutes after my time slot started. What the freak is the point of picking a time slot if you retards don't stick to it. The staff were a bunch of rude girls who just stood around talking instead of helping customers. Two of them were just chatting away at the front desk my husband had to go in and personally ask them what the hold...Read More

Some folks said it was small and not much to do. HAHAHA, what a joker! Really? You get a discount for buying online, so we did so and paid about $17 per person, and my wife and I agreed that for all they offer, that's a steal. So take your whiny pants off, put you having-fun kid pants on, and you and your kids will have a good time. BTW we, like many others apparently, forgot socks. When I discovered that they do sell socks, I figured they were going to put the screws to me, but no. $1 per pair. Kudos to you, Legoland, for adhering to the non-extortion business model with the socks.

Two of them were just chatting away at the front desk my husband had to go in and personally ask them what the hold up was then they finally came to let us in. We have children who are excited and don't want to stand in a long ass line. Like I said why should I HAVE pre order/pay online and still stand in a long line. The lines for their rides take more than 20 minutes and the ride last about 90 seconds once again not kid friendly to make children wait in long lines. And the line is not because there is too many people but because of the rude staff taking there sweet time. O and once again for me, husband and our 1 daughter it cost $70!!! Ridiculous would never come back or recommend to anyone.
