Things to do for Active Kids
Laser Quest Tulsa Tulsa
Where are we going today?
Fancy unleashing your stealth laser tag moves in swirling fog and crazy lights as you run around to heart-pounding music on a quest? Laser Quest Tulsa provides you with the ultimate and most sophisticated laser tag equipment available so you can compete within their large multi-level arena. Its a perfect game for groups of friends to come together and compete against each other in teams of up to 32 players, but the great thing about laser tag is that you can come down on your own and compete against yourself, trying to beat your own personal best.
It’s a great way for kids to learn about science, tactics and coordination, whilst ensuring they spending their day running around and staying active.
If you are celebrating a birthday, Laser Quest Tulsa offers a great birthday package which provides games, private rooms and delicious food deals. You can even get fun personalized invitations to send out to all your friends!
Parents, you are worried you might have to sit on the sidelines? Think again! Parents are more than welcome to join in the fun and often find their inner child again as they make their way through the dark smokey mazes, so no excuse!
When can we go?
Open Sunday to Thursday noon to 10pm / Friday and Saturday noon to Midnight
What may initially seem as an unconventional idea for a field trip is actually quite a great educational option. Laser Quest Tulsa offer a number of field trip ideas, such as the “Quest for Knowledge” field trip which is designed by educators from across North America. Here the students will receive hands on experience and live demonstrations about how lasers and light work, and how they are used in society. There is the “Lasers and Mazes” program designed specially for Grades 4 to 8, and there is also the “Light and Optics” programs for those Grades 5 to 10. Who said science couldn’t be fun!?.
Vending machines are located for those wanting small snacks or drinks, but if you have worked up quite an appetite (questing will do that to you!) then there are some great pizza deals available - just as a crew member for more details when you are there. .
Any Top Tips?
Reservations are always recommended so make sure you call ahead to book your spot so you don’t miss out. Anyone over 5 years of age can play, but it’s worth noting that the packs are most comfortable on a child 48 inches or taller. Any children smaller than 48 inches can have the option for the parents to accompany them and wear the pack for them. .
Need a little extra help?
The Laser Quest Center ensures it complies with local building codes but these can vary - it is best to call the Tulsa Center and find out what access there is for wheelchairs. .
