Pros: great facility, attached bar with window to lookout onto ice, pretty good concession fare, decent pro shop.

Cons: TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE customer service! Every employee here looks at you like you have the Ebola virus. Unenthusiastic answers to questions, lazy employees, they all act like you are the stupidest person in the world when you ask a hockey question. This is the Dick's Last Resort of hockey rinks but guess what??? Its not a gimmick, they actually don't care about you.

First let me start by saying im 27 years old. I've have played AAA travel hockey for my entire youth, I've played semi-pro for 4 years. I have visited and played at over 100 rinks around North America. In my entire career I have never seen a hockey rink as poorly managed as Las Vegas Ice Center. The staff are useless, Sergei or whatever he calls himself should not be in charge of the hockey program. He must think he's the local pro and has the whole program on auto pilot when he takes his constant extended vacations. When he is not on vacation he...Read More

Great place for people of all ages. The public skate is so fun and they have so many options. I personally like the night time skates. I play hockey here just as often and love the 'Stick and Puck' sessions. Locker-rooms are available in both rinks. The North Rink is official NHL size. I have bought all of my hockey equipment in the Pro Shop. The snack bar has great food. If you are in the North RInk, people eating at the resturant Brooksy's Bar and Grill can watch you. The staff is great and I definitely recommend going here.

Best rink in the valley! Blows the other rink at fiesta out of the water! Great adult programs and a sweet bar and grill with view of the rink.

STAFF NOT FRIENDLY, THEY LACK ANY STRUCTURE.
NOBODY IS HELPFUL, JUST AN AWKWARD PLACE. YOU ASK A QUESTION, THEY GIVE YOU ATTITUDE OR MAKE FACES. I DON`T KNOW HOW LONG THEY HAVE BEEN AROUND BUT I WILL BET THEY WILL CLOSE DOWN BEFORE THE END OF THE YEAR. FULL ANARCHY...I WILL NOT GO BACK THERE.

When he is not on vacation he is never available and does not return phone calls or emails. I moved her in august of last year (2012).. I have tried to get on a adult league at this arena since August. I have called and left numerous messages, made over 5 trips to the arena and have never gotten a return call or email from anyone who could simply help me get on a team. I have never encountered this poor of management in my 20+ years of hockey.
