I'm giving 2 stars on the basis that I feel very swindled. This was our first time going since they opened over 2 years ago, and since then they've apparently added one of those bungee trampolines like they have at the mall. I had no idea, we were just there for the Science Lab program, and if there was time, I'd let my son go into the large structure after. As I was paying, the cashier asked, "Is he going to jump?" I had no idea what she was referring to, and assumed she meant the big play structure, as it is sort of like a bouncy house, so...Read More

I come here often and I have never had a bad experience. My three year old could easily spend hours in here! It's extremely clean considering all of the kids that play on it. I always see the stay sanitizing the play area and toys, and cleaning up in the pretend play area. Their snack bar is really good. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

It was our 1st time there and weve only been in there for about 10 min. Someones kid pooped and it got everywhere the slides, carpet, toys, etc. The bad thing was they didnt even let us know till my husband stepped on it. And they were like oh my gosh watch out theres poop on the carpet. And the owner was cleaning it up with WATER(no santizing) just sat there and laughed. No apology no nothing. So unprofessional. Scared that my daughter got some one her from the slides and the toys we put our shoes on and left.

My kids always have a great time. Friendly staff and I get to enjoy tired kids at the end of the evening!

As I was paying, the cashier asked, "Is he going to jump?" I had no idea what she was referring to, and assumed she meant the big play structure, as it is sort of like a bouncy house, so I said, "Yes." Next thing I know, the total is $15.88. For one 4 year old! I asked,"Wait, what's the jump part?" Then she explained that it's a bungee. I had already handed over my credit card (my fault) but told her that there's no way he would do that, he's too scared. So she said, "Well if he won't, just come back and I'll fix it." Sure enough, he didn't want to, so I went back for my refund. And wouldn't you know it, they don't do refunds. :( Kids n Play, if you read this, you need to improve your customer service skills, and gladly refund any customer who was tricked into buying something they did not mean to get, and did not even use! I'm the president of a local moms club in town, and I will definitely relay this negative review to any mom I talk to.

This place is a rip off! I brought my niece and nephew thinking it would be a great day for them. I had to pay $15 for them to play in a glorified mcdonald's play place. The only thing they were actually excited about was the bungee jumping and you have to pay even more on top of the original price to do it!!! They played for about an hour and were already bored. The prices at the snack bar are so ridiculous we couldn't even get a soda. I'm not rich but I still want my family to have fun, but it's impossible here without spending a small fortune.
