Where are we going today?
Kids, how you do fancy heading to a museum for your next family day out? We don't mean those museums filled with "do not touch" signs where you have to keep your voice down. We mean a KIDS museum where you can play, discover, grow, get creative, and have fun!
Welcome to Kids Discovery Museum on Bainbridge Island! Here, KiDiMu are all about giving every child a chance to learn through interactive play, in exhibits that you can touch, explore, and laugh!
Each of the exhibits have been designed with kids in mind, with a difference learning experience at each one, and all encourage sensory exploration.
Let's start with Our Town, because we want to welcome you to the neighbourhood! Kids can stroll through the main street, and really feel like they are in a real town (just for kids!)
They can take a ride in a real electric car, or go shopping in the grocery store!
Those builders in the family can head to the construction zone, or get a check up at the medical center. Here, ids can be anyone they want to be!
Those little ones in the family have their own area at Kids Discovery Museum at Totally TOT! This vibrant oasis is filled with engaging books, bright colors and fun toys, all on padded flooring. It's where they can crawl, play and stand at their own pace, and just be completely engaged in all that surrounds them!
Arrrr, did we mention the pirates at KiDiMu? Those future swashbucklers can take on the seven seas on this fun pirate tree house. They can play dress up, get a birds eye view of the museum from the to of the ladder, and want to know something fun? It's the ONLY "no parents land" in the whole of Kids Discovery Museum!
With science, reading, arts and crafts topping off the experience, it's no wonder that KiDiMu is one of the most popular attractions in Washington State for kids - so let's get creative!

Great fun for younger children. Tons of things to do that were unique and my kids (age 3) loved it. Great learning experiences.
lack of actual activities. about 5 minutes of fun for my 4 and 7 year old. Perhaps ok if your kids are the only attendees.

What a great place to spend a day with my kids. There was so much to do, and we were busy for a few hours! The people running the museum are so nice, and the location and facility are lovely.
