I haven't even had my sons birthday party and I already HATE this place! I looked at their prices and it says $165 for a party of 10 on their website. In their coupon section it says book a party on Friday and receive $70 off your party. Then I see for a limited time only 2 free cheese pizzas plus capri sun's. When I went to reserve the party it says...Read More

I had my son's 3rd birthday at the Kiddie Crusoe and I thought the employee's were rude and I thought that it was a complete RIP OFF! It cost us over $500 to have a rinky dink party. I understand they have in their rules that there are going to be other parties taking place at the same time, but as a concerned parent wouldn't it be a lot safer to have only two parties or so go on at a time?! Rather than 4 or more?! All of the older children were knocking down the smaller ones and it was just a complete madhouse! Also, we weren't able to open gifts...Read More

Love, Love, Love this place! I have been coming here with my children and friends since it opened 4 years ago and we've never had a bad experience! There is something for everyone from the toddlers to the school aged kiddos. Where else can you bounce, climb and use your imagination all in one place?!? Definitely recommended and highly satisfied!

I called Kiddie Crusoe to ask a few questions about having a birthday party there. The young lady who spoke to me was very short with her answers and had an extremely bad attitude. I wasn't going to fault the establishment for an employee who could have just been having a bad day, so I still decided to visit and check things out before booking a party. I was told by the employee on the phone that if I came on a Saturday, there wouldn't be a staff member available to give me a tour because they are too busy with parties on the weekend. I told...Read More

We attended my nephew's Birthday Party here a couple of months ago and had such an amazing time that we decided to have our son's 3rd Birthday Party here as well. Being that money does not grow on trees, we saved up and boasted about our son's upcoming party for weeks!! The only available date that they had was a Sunday evening. The representative ensured me that although it is not a normal time to have a child's party; the perks of having his party Sunday evening is that the facility will be closed and it will only be us and 1 other family having...Read More

Bate And Switch On Their Prices

I haven't even had my sons birthday party and I already HATE this place! I looked at their prices and it says $165 for a party of 10 on their website. In their coupon section it says book a party on Friday and receive $70 off your party. Then I see for a limited time only 2 free cheese pizzas plus capri sun's. When I went to reserve the party it says I must put $150 down to get the free pizzas and Capri Suns which I found odd. So I received my confirmation and it says to finalize my party go to such and such page. So I go to add on pizzas for the adults and I see that the party the has not been deducted from the total and the price is different from what I calculated.

My figures- $165 for the party (includes free pizza and capri suns with 150 deposit)
+12 for additional child
-70 coupon if you book by November 30

Total= $107 (l haven't even added the adult pizzas in yet)

Their figures- $165 for the party (includes free pizza and capri suns with 150 deposit)
+12 for additional child

Total= $177 (l haven't even added the adult pizzas in yet)

So I decided to call and see why my calculations are different from theirs. So I speak to a manager and she says the $70 has been taken off, that's why the price is $165 when you see a Monday through Friday weekday rate and a Friday party to be considered a weekday party is usually a 2:35pm party to be considered a weekday party (NO WHERE IS IT STATED THAT THE $70 IS TAKEN OFF BEFORE HAND AND THE TO BE CONSIDERED A WEEKDAY PARTY IT MUST BE AT 2:35PM.) I was so mad and she said she could refund my purchase since I just booked it but I would lose $10. ARE YOU FREAKING KIDDING ME!!!

Also I did talk to someone previous in the week who said the 70 would be deducted after I made a deposit and I could see the 70 deducted in my final total. LIARS AND THIEVES I TELL YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!

PLEASE STEER CLEAR OF THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Therefor, after we were so rudely rushed through the party, family members had to gather around our cars and open gifts there. I WILL NEVER have another party at this facility and I WOULD NEVER recommend this place. It was absolutely NOT worth the money at all! I had my son's birthday party a year ago and I still cringe at the thought of this place. If you actually care about your children and your guests, DO NOT HAVE A PARTY HERE!

I was told by the employee on the phone that if I came on a Saturday, there wouldn't be a staff member available to give me a tour because they are too busy with parties on the weekend. I told her that I didn't need a tour and just wanted to take a look inside. I asked again if it was ok for me to come on a Saturday and she said, "Yeah, I guess. Whatever."

Upon arriving on a Saturday to see the facility, I spoke with the manager who said that I was not allowed into the facility on a Saturday at all. The manager had a very bad attitude towards me as well. We will not be visiting or having a party at Kiddie Crusoe ever. I have never written a negative review of anything before, but I feel that the owners should know how their employees are treating customers/ potential customers. There aren't many options for indoor parties, so some parents may choose to accept poor service, but I am not one of them. Parents look out for one another, so I have no doubt that word will travel quickly about the poor service at Kiddie Crusoe.

Being that money does not grow on trees, we saved up and boasted about our son's upcoming party for weeks!! The only available date that they had was a Sunday evening. The representative ensured me that although it is not a normal time to have a child's party; the perks of having his party Sunday evening is that the facility will be closed and it will only be us and 1 other family having a party.... Well.... it was terrible :( I guess from planning this party so much, and being a first time mom, I expected the party to be how my nephew's was weeks before. The representative did not feel it was necessary to inform me that the other party had around 25 children attending with ATLEAST 40 ADULTS... The issue that we had is that I made sure to read over all rules and update the staff members with the amount of guests and parents that will be attending, and even asked for approval for grandparents to attend as well (I didn't want to be one of "those parents" who gets in trouble for having too many people without asking first….Trust me, I would be that person lol) With that being said, the majority of the guests to my son's party did not even know that the toddler area even existed. The whole front area just seemed like it was an entry way due to the fact that it was swarmed with adults everywhere!! Although I cannot control the age of the children at both parties, I felt that the parents were too busy dressing like they were about to go clubbing, and hanging out with each other that they paid absolutely no attention to the children at the party who were literally strong arming the little ones. And I guess my biggest issue would be that majority of the adult guests were just downright rude and acted as though they ran the whole facility and did not have to share it with anyone. Halfway through the party, they were standing at the gate and within the facility with hot coffee and drinks that could have easily burnt the kids, and really just did not care about a thing. When I asked the staff members for help, they let me know that although they apologize for what is going on, and DO NOT condone this type of behavior (or added guests that were not accounted for) there is a language barrier which they can only “assume that this is part of their culture to be rude and act this way, there really is nothing we can do” –yes that was said  I know, I was disappointed. I think that having my 3 year old’s party at 6pm on a Sunday and everything else added on top of it just got the best of me and brought me to tears. ... They did knock off 10% since we did not have as many guests show up as expected. But I still spent a lot more than I originally planned when putting down the non-refundable (if you cancel) deposit... We have yet to use our return visit pass, but I am sure that it will probably be nice when we go... I hate to give bad reviews, and honestly, the first time I went it was great. I think the staff was just overwhelmed and shorthanded for the amount of people who attended. It was just such a bummer!! We decided to have his party at a place like this so that we could actually spend time with our son & family... But all in all I felt like I was babysitting other people's children and asking for help from the staff the whole time while my son's party guests pretty much were confined to one corner of the whole facility. I heard that my 3 year old had a great time anyway... I just wish that I was actually able to spend time with him and see it.
