Kennywood is one of the oldest, and most loved amusement parks in the entire country! For over 110 years this family friendly attraction has enthralled and excited families of all ages. They started out with those classic amusements such as the carousel, and then developed over the years to include wooden coasters, and then those popular steel looping ones!
What started as a trolley park turned into something much more, and fun fact – still contains two major buildings from 1898 – the Carousel pavilion and a restaurant. So you can have historic fun at the same time as the family fun!
“What about the attractions?” we hear you ask! There are certainly plenty to choose from! You can swing around and around with your legs dangling, or you can enjoy the classic 1921 Jack Rabbit coaster that has been a family favorite!
