While my child loves visiting and asks to often. I personally hate going. I have many reasons- 1) While I understand their need to have policies regarding food to meet health codes- they do not offer healthy snacks as an option. It would not be that difficult to incorporate at least a few healthier options over pizza, cheese burgers and pop. 2) Some of the food they do offer is significantly over prices. A string cheese is over a dollar. 3) If you go during the week during the first half of the day the facility is slower and thus not a concern of...Read More

Though this place tends to fill up and over-crowd fast on weekends and school holidays, its incredibly fun for the kids! Food and drink are reasonably priced. Seating can be hard to find when its crowded. Best times to go are right at opening and around dinner time. We've gone here many times and the kids have enjoyed each visit. They don't get tired of the place, which is great. We need to see more of these types of indoor playgrounds in the north end!

The kids loved it but.... It was a nightmare for me. It had NO security. It was busy and hard to keep an eye on my 2 preschool aged children (who are typically well behaved, but super excited to be there). I have worked in childcare for years and this was horrible. There were so many places that I could not see them, the slides emptied out in every different direction, there were other rooms that they could have been pulled into, and they had no security check if the children were leaving with the proper adult. Much less checking adults to...Read More

Parents who are preoccupied with visiting with other parents they know and are failing to watch their kids aren't monitoring how they are acting around the smaller visitors. My 5 year old was nearly knocked on more than once occasion by older children and even some adults who were playing with their older children.

While the kids enjoy going- it is a parent's worst night mare if they are concerned for the health and even at times safety of their child.

Much less checking adults to see if they were OK to enter the facility (ie. against the national registry for offenders). Maybe if I was one on one with my child or it was quieter than it was, it might have been better. I'd rather let them play at the indoor playground at the Y, at least I know it is safe.
