Called them at 8:20 AM (they open at 8:30AM) they answered and we had an emergency. Storms were going to bear down all day and our daughters birthday party was going to be ruined. They took great care of us, made room for us to throw her party at 11AM at Jungle Java and made sure that the party was excellent. VERY ATTENTIVE STAFF! 5 Stars is not enough to praise how wonderful they were. Food was good, kids had fun and the internet is always free!

I ordered milk for my son & received rotted congealed milk. After now speaking with a manager and the owner I am told last week a bad carton was traced back to the supplier who reports that some containers of this nature were spoiling before the use by date. It had supposedly been resolved by the supplier in the previous week and I'm the first new incident. Life lesson learned today: don't trust carton milk.

However, why am I writing this on the Jungle Java review sight you ask? I am appalled at the stores attitude that this happens. The manager's...Read More

This is a really nice place to let the kids run around for about an hour while the parents just take a coffee break. I love it mainly because its safe. The kids are in sight at all times. There is an infant section also. I kinda wish they had better food, and it could be a little cleaner. But overall I have a great experience every time I visit. Would definitely recommend!

from an adult prospective it does need certain improvements. like making sure no children are left unattened. love the fact that they don't play any music thus less noise. from children prospective they just love it and have no complaints. if I say u wanna go to jungle java they jump in excitment eveytime

This place controls who comes in and does not have a way to control who goes out and there are "smart" parents that leave older kids unsupervised.
There are very responsible parents that sign in and out but there are others that put their kids in the playground and go to get their nails done next door.
My son was attacked by big kids who where inviting other boys to fight -I don't need to say what type of family they belong to- and they were unsupervised, their mom was not there, there were alone. The place was full with 3 birthday parties and...Read More

However, why am I writing this on the Jungle Java review sight you ask? I am appalled at the stores attitude that this happens. The manager's opening words to me where along the lines of "this happens sometimes, it's not our fault, would you like another milk?" Until I called and spoke with the owner I did not know they had attempted to fix it or that they would follow up with the problem. Additionally, he left me with the impression it was certainly more prevalent than a single other instance.

This happens sometime would you like another potentially rotten milk? Is apparently the employee’s attitude towards serving rotten milk to children.

This is a very disappointing turn on my second trip here, my son loves it but the attitude is unacceptable.

Fortunately, my son as well as his friend were not injured but he ended up with a ripped shirt when trying to scape from these kids.
Just be aware and if you go, be alert!
