We just moved here and this is one of our family's favorite places. It is set up really well and give the kids just enough freedom while keeping an eye on them and making sure they are safe. They have an area for two of our children under 4 so they don't get run over by big kids. The staff is very friendly too. I wish the bathroom was a little closer but it is ok. Thanks for all the fun times and more fun times in the future. PS the frequent jumper card is so worth it.

The concept of this place is wonderful. However, the party passes we received (and were paid for by the party parents) expired only 2 weeks after the party.

We went to use our passes and arrived at opening time to find the place completely closed with no notice on the door/website. The man (An owner?) arrived at 10:30 and spent another 10 min. setting up before kids were allowed in. We used the time to use the bathroom that was very unclean/sanitary (and I have low standards for public bathrooms) and had trash thrown all over.

My grandkids, love jumpin jax. they have a very good time. it's clean. staff is excellent. It's also the parents job, to watch there own kids too. It's not a baby sitting facility. don't blame the staff, blame the parents for not watching there own children

We visited Jumpin' Jax a few days ago and were disgusted by the lack of rule enforcement, among other things. To start, the place was, I suspect, beyond their occupancy limit. I counted over 150 adults and children. There were about 4-5 staff members that I could see. None were enforcing the "no running" policy. It might seem trivial but, as a rule, they should enforce it, for everyone's safety. I witnessed several younger children get knocked right off their feet, as an older child was running while looking in another direction. The sanitary...Read More

As we were leaving, I asked him if they were compensating for the inconvenience. He was very rude when telling me no and explaining why. I said I understood, but asked again if they were compensating for the 40 min I had to stay with kids in a coat room. He literally laughed at me, and never once from 10:30 to our leaving did he apologize. I would say that it is a place that will entertain most kids for roughly an hour. After that the few dozen kids seemed to be bored by the 6 inflatables.

The sanitary conditions in the facility were poor, even considering the type of place Jumpin' Jax is. Lastly, kids are throwing balls around and hitting other children. I'm not even sure why there were balls in there in the first place. And let's not forget the recent car thefts in the parking lot. Of course, that isn't necessarily management's fault but it most certainly did not add to the experience.

In terms of the infaltables, they are quite dangerous. Many of places little kids can get stuck. I found two young brothers trapped in one inflatable. They could not go out the way they came in because the smaller child could not climb up the slippery slide, and they could not go forward as the younger child could not make it up the climbing wall. There is no age limit on that inflatable. I had to ask another adult to lift the kids out the side.

Overall, there are quality activities to take your children to that don't involve animalistic behavior, shoving, throwing things at other children, lack of good management to enforce rules when parents are busy not being parents. Spare yourself the possible trip to the hospital and go see a movie or go for a walk.
