Ice skating is one of those activities that may be tough at first, but when you get the hang of it, it's a skill that you will never forget!
In the lovely Idaho Falls, the Joe Marmo / Wayne Lehto Ice Arena is a great option for beginners to learn some valuable skills and techniques, or for those more advanced to really hone their skills and learn some more tricks.
This great ice arena is the premier ice facility in south eastern Idaho, and offers top quality ice-skating programs, as well as hockey programs (and even non-ice related entertainment events!)

Kids will gain confidence on the ice, and the programs are designed so that kids and adults can participate. Beginners aged 3 - 5 can register for the fun Snowplow Sam, then the older kids can enjoy Basic 1 or Teen/Adult 1. Returning skaters will be able to move up levels as their instructor feels they are suited - which also means that kids can see themselves moving up and improving - great for their self-esteem!

There is the rental shop at the arena where you can pick up all you need for your skating sessions.
There are ice skating lessons, youth hockey teams, figure skating clubs, and tournaments, so check these out, as well as group offers they can do for you!
Make sure you drink plenty of water - you can grab some from the snack bar.
The admission don't include rental, and skates are $3.25.
