I took my son their for a nice autumn trip. We took pictures outside and came in to see the animals. The zoo itself is well kept and my son enjoyed the trip. I ended up leaving my camera and bag at the zoo. To my surprise, the manager called me and told me she had kept my camera and bag! With friendly people looking out for you, I cannot recommend the zoo any higher.

The animals are absolutely beautiful but the zoo itself could use some work...It's a well constructed place, but there isn't much there to really suck a person into the experience like at other zoos/attractions. Something as simple as playing music in the park would go a very long way...just a thought.
