I attend Music Together classes with my very shy 15-month-old. We started when he was only ~9 months old, and he did not enjoy it at all. Then, a few weeks into class, he picked up a cold from some kids of inconsiderate parents who brought really sick kids to class (boooo!), which for him turned into RSV and a week-long stay at the hospital. (Seriously parents? Not cool.) I couldn't bring him back until RSV season was over but, fortunately, the folks at Imagination Place were nice enough to credit most of my money from the earlier session to...Read More

We started our daughter in the Music Together class at 18 months old. At first I was a little but skeptical of the class because it seemed too much free form and my daughter would just run/walk around the room. I wondered if she was getting anything at all from the class. She quickly got used to the format, which I've learned is a blessing for the kids and she now thrives on it. She looks forward to her "music class" every week and will sing most of the songs on her own. She has learned how to make up her own music and sing songs about all kinds...Read More

My 12-month-old daughter LOVES the Music Together CD and instantly calms down every time we put in on (in car or at home). She also enjoys the social aspect of the class and the live music-making, although the noise and activity level can sometimes be overwhelming for her (she is a very sensitive child). Overall, we're very pleased with the class, the variety of activities, the music selection, and the teacher. Planning to re-enroll in the fall!

I am a beginer to Anti Gravity Fitness and I LOVE it! I have only taken the beginer class but both times the instructors have been great. Rebecca was especially helpful as she walked thru the class to help each of us. I plan on buying a pass. The front office staff was also very helpful at my first class and walked me thru what I needed to do. PLUS I got a free class for my birthday - yay!

I couldn't bring him back until RSV season was over but, fortunately, the folks at Imagination Place were nice enough to credit most of my money from the earlier session to the new one. Since then, he's really blossomed and enjoys himself a lot more (although he remains timid for the first 15-20 minutes of every class).

We also tried the mother/child anti-gravity class and, truthfully, we both hated it. I found the instructor to be cold and unfriendly, to the point where we left the class about 30 minutes in with no interest in trying it again. But that might have just been an off day . . . for her or for me.

She has learned how to make up her own music and sing songs about all kinds of things which is great for an almost 3yr old! Music Together is a great way to introduce infants, toddlers, and young kids to music in a way that they don't even realize they are learning rhythm, tone and musicality. We love our teacher Tiffany at the Sandy location and look forward to many more years of the class!
