Where are we going today?

Fishing...pontoons...swimming....all in the great outdoors of beautiful Lake Barkley. It could only mean Holiday Hills Resort!

If you are looking for a place to take the family away to get away from it all and get back to nature, you might have just found your place!

If you want to "rough it" at a campsite, they have spots right on the water, as well as sites with sewer, water and electric if you wanted.

Want something a bit more comfortable for the family? No problem! Holiday Hills Resort have a number of accommodations to choose from.

Efficiency units features two full beds, as well as everything you would need for your stay - dishes, cookware and full kitchen. There are also covered decks that overlook the lake with your own grill so you can cook dinner under the stars (maybe your latest catch from your fishing adventure that day!)

For a small family there is their unique "cabins int he woods" with decking and a grill, and for those larger families - the lakeside unit with queen bedrooms and bunks for the kids!

If that's not enough, there are 2, 3 and 4 bedroom units that you can enjoy.

Now - we know you're ready to hear what there is to do there! How about splashing about in the pool on those hot days, or grabbing a towel and hitting the beach? Pontoon rentals, and fishing boat rentals are also available, as well as dock rentals!

Active kids? Get them over to the playgrounds, basketball, volleyball, horseshoes, badminton and gamesroom!

You might find you never leave Holiday Hills Resort for your entire stay there! And if you don't, we don't blame you!

When you want to spend some time with your favorite people, come to Holiday Hills Resort!  Our location on Lake Barkley gives you access to the great outdoors as well as many area attractions.

Whether you get a thrill out of "roughing it" at a campsite or like more comfortable accommodations, Holiday Hills is the perfect place to relax and get away from it all!

Nestled on the shore of Lake Barkley, our bay is great for fishing and boating.  A canal connects our lake to her sister lake - Kentucky Lake - which more than doubles the fun!

I have to disagree with Zach compared to our experience. We stayed in the Cabin in the Woods last fall nd it was really clean nd nice. The staff was extremely helpful and nice to us. We are going back the second week of August and staying in their bigger cabin. The owner took time to personally show us the cabin himself, instead of sending an employee, which says a lot to me. So far Holiday Hills is our choice to go when we plan a fishing trip to Kentucky Lake.

We have stayed at Prizer Point in the past and decided to try this Holiday Hills Resort for a change this year. It was a big mistake.

We go every year to lake with my parents, sister and brother-in-law with our kids. This resort was the worst we have stayed at in Kentucky.

We stayed in the Holiday House and there were roaches in my parents bedroom and kitchen, spiders in living room and fleas in living room.

The bedding was very old and did not look clean and the house was really old and out of date. The bed frames are wood frames and very uncomfortable.

The owner and one front desk employee which was an older lady were rude. It was not warm and friendly like the other places we have stayed.

The only pros I can mention is that the pool was clean, the kitchen was well equipped with dishes and utensils and there was a washer and dryer in the Holiday House so that we could wash the linens.

We will not be staying at The Holiday Hills Resort again. We would rather pay a little more and go back to Prizer Point.
