This place is full of childhood memories for me. As a family we'd go at least 3 or 5 times throughout the year. The big pool is open only during the summer months but the smaller hot pools are open year round. It's not the most modern place and if you're looking for all the bells and whistles of larger water parks you'll be disappointed. But if you're looking for a great family day trip this is the spot.

Also, if you pull your pants down in the tube slide you can pretty much moon the entire pool without anyone ever knowing it was you....

Their advertising is wrong about their 'opening & closing' times. Online it says Heise hot pool is open 10am-10pm (year-round). So my family & I drive all the way out there & arrive at 11:30. We try entering the building, but door was locked and it said they opened at 2pm !! So instead of driving around two hours, we went home. FIX YOUR ADVERTISEMENT ON YOUR SITE!! YOU LOSE BUSINESS!!!
