*Hours should be longer on weekdays. It can take more than a few hours to explore all three levels and take time to eat. (Or offer cheaper weekday rates.)
    *Kids cafe is nice.
*Prices are a bit high for "Hawaii's children"- I'm surprised a place that can offer so much for its community isn't more affordable for the average local family.

*Bishop Museum ($65) and Honolulu Zoo ($40) have better membership rates. ($200 for a family of four should also include free entrance to other events you offer)
*You should not charge for kids under 2....Read More

This museum is awesome for the whole family. One of the best I've seen. The staff was very friendly and helped my daughter learn about different things. My daughter loved the town area where she could dress up like a fire fighter, judge, postman and police officer. The price was reasonable compared to some of the other attraction in Hawaii. I liked that it was safe, clean and educational.

first off the center was in the middle of no where and it was hard to find. some street people scared my son. inside, the place was not as clean as it could be, there was mysterious stains on the floor. the toys and stuff were not that nicely kept, some were either missing or were really damaged. the workers did not really help me when i asked them questions, they answered it with more questions. the price isn't that good, the atmosphere is not brightly lit in some places, nor was the air circulated well. my child got bored and we got lost finding...Read More

The carousel should run daily, even if only at specific times. It's the main attraction for my kids. Membership is steep, and to just run the carousel when there happens to be a party, usually on weekends, is ridiculous.

*You should not charge for kids under 2. Kids 2-6 should be half price.
*Carousel should run daily unless you offer cheaper rates on weekdays.

*I'd be more likely to get a membership or come more often, and travel the 40 minutes there, if your fees were less and hours were longer.
