    This is such a nice hotel. Everything is so beautiful and the staff go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and as if all your needs are met.I particularly appreciate that they put up a menorah at the same time they put up their Christmas tree. In this city, that level of thoughtfulness is rare and very special.

    This resort is outstanding from the staff, rooms, and Amenities. Yes some stuff is a little pricey but in the end it is worth it. This is definetley a place for children.

    Just left the Grand Cypress today and describing the place as beautiful is not good enough. This place is absolutely breathtaking in every way. The grounds, the pool, the restaurants everything absolutely breathtaking. We had a wonderful experience from the airport all the way back to the airport on the fifth day. If you’re taking a cab from the airport, by all means ask for Jason with Mears Taxi service. You will know him by his British accent he is a great guy who is very trust worthy. When you go by the pool area for some vacation beverages ask for Christina, she is serious about her job, and she does it with a smile. We enjoyed our stay in every way possible, and will most certainly be coming back again.

    Horrible i wanted breakfast 10 minutes before they stoped serving it we talked to one of the staff that said “Yea you can still get breakfast just talk to that lady right there” we went to her and she said no no we no have it any more. Worse is she only spoke spanish and tried to pass us on to the lunch menu. Probably because she didn’t want to seat us. Anyway you should look for a different place im sure the disney resorts will treat you wayyyy more better than this stuck up place. Come on 15$ for drinks and every food item is at least 20$ or more and that is just for a simple burger and fries. Like come on i stayed at all the disney resorts and there not even that overpriced.

    Very nice hotel. Management customer service is very bad. I have been told three times I would be called back and have yet to receive that call. At first after staying here I was thinking of looking at adding Hyatt to my search when I look for places to stay instead of just Hilton brand hotel’s but I guess not. If I don’t even deserve a call back, they don’t deserve my reservation.
