Three stars only for location and the fact that there is no other campground anywhere near NYC. Convenient to a ferry terminal, and Hoboken with great views of Manhattan. Otherwise it is a gravel parking lot with tightly packed spaces. That is pretty much expected this close to NYC, though. Friendly staff and we felt safe.

Very difficult to find much positive to write about. It is very convenient to NYC via Path and Ferry. Office folks were friendly and professional. That said, this gravel parking lot offers very tight spaces with electric and water. There is no room to park normal size toad and your RV at your site. The photo's on website show grassy area. The only grass here is tent area between two buildings. No grass to be found in RV area. Only thing worse would be paved area rather than gravel everywhere. No sewer only a dump site that stays wet at...Read More

Access to NYC 5 blocks away via subway is great. Only electric and water for rv, no sewage connection. No entertainment facilities and high priced drop my rating but if you're looking to visit the city in an rv this is the best option.

Incredibly convenient to NYC or Hoboken, and as a halfway point when driving between New England and DC. It's nothing more than a big parking lot with water and power hookups, but what would you expect?

REALLY close to the city. Not sure what some ppl consider GHETTO like a reviewer had stated, but this is NOT ghetto by any means. Only gripe would be the line for dumping the tanks. Other then that would definitely recommend this place while visiting New York City.

No sewer only a dump site that stays wet at all times due to leaky faucet and dump site. This faucet has been leaking for two years. If anyone spills poop which is very normal at dump site, the whole site becomes contanminated due to the constant flooded area from the leakiy faucet. Very overpriced. When we first found Liberty Harbor RV 5 years ago it was overpriced at $55 per night. At $105 per night Memorial Weekend it was simply outrageous.
