Grapeland Water Park Miami
Where are we going today?
Arrrrr me harties, are you up for some swashbuckling fun on your next family day out? We certainly are, and so is Grapeland Water Park!
Grapeland Water Park has all the buccaneer adventure you need, with it's pirate themed water activities!
Shall we start on Shipwreck Island, with it's adventurous play areas JUST for those little kids and toddlers under 48"? Yep - JUST for them! With two fast paced slides, water shooting cannons and a shallow water play area, it's where kids can have their own kiddie sized thrills in a safe area.
There are also splash fountains, and Buccaneer Falls - just watch out for when the horn sounds, because there might be some water unleashed onto you!
For more thrills at Grapeland Water Park, check out Pirate's Plunge, which is for those over 48". You can take the steps to the top of the pirates deck (if you date!), and take on the fast plunge that will get your pulse raging right to the bottom!
Families can enjoy time together in Captain's lagoon, where you can just take it down a notch and relax and float in the large heated pool, and there are both deep and shallow water areas making it the perfect place to take a dip!
Fancy just taking in the sights? Check out the Buccaneer River Ride at Grapeland, where you can just enjoy a more relaxed experience in the park. Just grab those inflatable tubes, and off you go! Just watch out for those water sprayers and fountains - you didn't think you could stay dry, did you?

I will not advice this place. Entrance is expensive for what it is. They have someone at the door making sure you don't bring food or drinks so you can spend your money on junk. I couldn't even bring a water bottle into the park. They have a lightning sensor and close the park at the slightest chance of lightning. The bathrooms were closed by the staff and they did not allow us to use them.
