Where are we going today?

Get all shook up (and yes, there will be plenty of these puns!) at Graceland - the home of that singing legend, Elvis (we KNOW you've heard about him!)

Graceland is where Elvis lived, and a visit there is great for any family who love the music, love history, and love culture. It's a trip through the life of one of the greatest singing icons that have ever lived.

If you have little hound dogs that haven't heard his music, then what better way to introduce them to those classics! Not only will they hear some of his songs and immerse themselves in those iconic tunes, but they will also gain an insight into a star.

The tours of Graceland take you through his life - from his humble beginnings, to his rise as a superstar. You get an up close and personal look at all things Elvis!

It's not just Elvis you get a taste of - it's Rock N Roll itself! Through videos, photos, artifacts, personal mementos and even stage costumes, you can almost feel Elvis in the building!

The Graceland Tours take you through this mansion that Elvis called home for over 20 years. It will take you through the Jungle Room, with it's shagged carpets and exotically carved wood. It will take you through the foyer where you can see his dining room, living room, and even his mothers bedroom!

The Trophy Building is impressive, with all his gold and platinum records that showcase his amazing career, and of course, the meditation garden is where Elvis continues to lie today. A moving end to the tour.

Graceland is definitely a must see & must experience attraction. From the moment you arrive you become in awe of your surroundings and start realizing how many people come to visit this mecca.
I would definitely recommend the full tour with each of the studios on the property to get the full experience of Elvis. Make sure you set aside atleast 5 hours to take in all of the sites Graceland has to offer. You will want to take your time through most of the rooms inside Graceland to read and watch the variety of memorabilia it has to offer.
    Afterwards...Read More

During one of my recent drives across country it looked like I would be passing through Memphis, so I thought when else would I take the time to visit Graceland? I'm so glad I made the stop! I'm not sure what I expected, but I got a cool, relaxing, and insightful look into the short life of someone who's touched millions of people. The tour is not cheap, but they give you a tablet with headphones that allows you to progress through the home and grounds at your own pace. Even being a native Memphian I still find Graceland an amusing & fascinating place to visit. Highly recommended by me.
One concern I have would be the area of Memphis that the Museum, shops & Elvis' mansion are situated in. This is to me is area that of town tourist & even locals should use extra caution in.
I suggest touring in groups for added safety.

Exactly as tacky as you'd feared/hoped. It's an iconic piece of American history that is definitely worth seeing once. I don't know if I'd go back but glad I got a chance to check it out.

Not a huge Elvis fan, but came here and did the mansion tour while on a business trip in the area and found it very interesting. Parking was easy, tons of employees everywhere to assist. Personal IPads conducted the tour (John Stamos narrated) so there was lots of extra interactive stuff. They were very good about not rushing you through. If you are into history or pop culture from the 50's, 60's, or 70's, you will enjoy this tour.

Afterwards I would head over to Sun Studios and take the tour there. They even let you hold the real microphone Elvis used to record on.

It seems if you get there around 11am there isn't much of a line to wait on for the Mansion tour.

Definitely worth the time it takes to tour the home.
