Go Ape North Park Allison Park
Where are we going today?
Who is ready for some outdoor adventure! If you want to channel Tarzan, or enjoy a birds eye view of Allison Park, then Go Ape North Park is where you might want to head!
Go Ape North Park is the FIRST treetop adventure course in the state, and it features a host of activities and obstacles that those active climbers have to over come.
Set in a beautiful pine forest, and overlooking the 63 acre lake set inside the park, Go Apre is so much more than just a canopy tour! The course itself is made up of a number of rope ladders, as well as two Tarzan swings and 5 super fun zip lines!
Did you know there are 41 exciting crossings to overcome too? From the Spider's Web, to the Double Stirrups - the perfect adventure for the day! Across the whole course, there are five individual sections, with each one taking you higher and higher into the treetops, preparing you for the big zipline finish at the end!
Are you excited to hear that two of the zip lines are over 400 feet? In fact, in the entire Go Ape course there are over 1,400ft worth of zip lines to tackle! Eek!
Go Ape is great for different experience and fitness levels too. If you don't want to challenge yourself in certain areas, there are bypass routes throughout the whole course.
When you arrive, the friendly staff will start by equipping you with harnesses, pulleys and carabiners, and give you a 30 minute safety briefing and training and let you loose into the forest canopy. Of course, instructors are always on hand, regularly patrolling the forests.
The Go Ape Treetop Adventure course gets the adrenalin pumping, gets kids out of their comfort zones and above all, it’s a great outdoor activity for families! Let's go APE!

All of Go Ape’s US courses are located in public parks and giving back to the parks and community is a significant aspect of their values..

Went with my 8-year old girl and she had a blast! Ran around doing the 2 courses as much as she could (we were given a 1.5 hour time slot). I couldn't keep up, gave up after 2 round of each course. It was a pretty warm day and we were drenched in sweat, but they do provide water. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, really good with the kids. Definitely recommend it!

Loved it. I felt that it was challenging, mentally and physically, so when finishing it felt like a victory. Staff was friendly, encouraging and helpful.

Great time with the kids (10 & 7 years old). Highly recommended.
Go Ape! Was absolutely thrilling. It was one of the most exhilarating experiences I have had. Hope to come back soon. Staff was friendly and helpful. Even though I felt as though I was going fast, the course took me about two hours to complete. It will challenge your body, but that's just part of the fun!! Check it out!

I got to go on the adults course and then the Jr course with my kids. Both were extremely fun and the staff was great with alot of patience dealing with my fear of heights.
But there is also the Junior Treetop Course and my 5yr old and 8yr old were able to complete and had a blast! We actually just finished the #Halloweenadventures at night that they started this year. So glad we found this place! Make sure to check out my blog or Youtube Channel for the videos!
