My family went 7/6/14. They had some issues. I called and spoke to the General Manager Steve. He was very apologetic and very helpful. Due his excellent customer service, I give 4 stars.

attended Gameworks this April, I found it to be a bit expensive, especially if you
have a group of children. Some of the video games weren't operational. the staff was
very nonchalant.Tthe women's bathroom was smelly, some air freshner would help.
I personally enjoyed the shuffleboard game . There is much room for improvement,
oh, and the noise level of some of the games is extreme, i can imagine the impact on small children.

Forgot my debit card here, went back the next day and got attitude from the bartender and the manager. He was gone for 20 mins looking in the safe...it was left out by a computer the whole time. Customer service goes a long ways.

The biggest arcade I've ever seen. Multiple levels and tons of games though not many from the 90's. It also has a really cool restaurant/bar which is always happening. Hands down the coolest spot in Seattle for a night of fun.
