    Funway is always an awesome place to go for great value priced entertainment. Summer time it’s Gokarts, Mini golf & Batting cages. Roller Skating & Bowling are great too!The facility is always well kept, and clean. I have been coming here for over 15 years and the staff is ALWAYS friendly & courteous. There is always something to do here that you didn’t do last time!!Funway is a great local treasure! Thanks for always adding new attractions!!

    I wish I could go 2.5 stars. Took the day off work and took my daughter there on an institute day when she was off school. Website advertised indoor mini-golf, which sounded perfect in the middle of January. When we got there, the bowling lanes were open, but nothing else. We asked about mini-golf, and Frank (a manager, maybe? He had kind of an awkward way of speaking to people) told us that the entire upstairs, including the arcade, bumper cars, etc. was closed until 4 PM. They can’t open until after school hours (remember, school was not in session that day). Ok, if that’s your rule, fine, but maybe post that on your website? He did finally open the mini-golf for us, but the whole thing felt very awkward and I was disappointed that I drove my daughter out there for a fun-filled day….only to be done with the fun in about 20 minutes.

    This place has the worst customer service imaginable. I paid $50 for 4 of us to rollerskate. As soon as we sat down to put our skates on they announced that skating was over. So I told the kids to get their shoes back on and I went to request my money back. The girl who took my money 5 minutes earlier practically refused to return it, stating that I did not pay for 4 people. She finally returned my full fee after she made everyone show her the stamp she put on our hands when we came in. I then spoke to a manager named Frank who was working behind the bowling shoe counter and expressed my displeasure about receiving such terrible customer service. He told me it was an upper management problem and I should have been aware of the skating hours before I paid because it is advertised on their website. Seriously? My kids and I were disappointed and this poor management did nothing to try to salvage our trip. These people need to take lessons on how to keep their paying customers happy. It’s extremely disappointing considering I have patronized Funway since I was a child and I have spent hundreds of dollars taking my own kids here. As a life-long loyal customer I feel cheated and the owners need to know how poorly my family and I were treated.

    I had 3 special needs kids with me and the staff were very accommodating. We all had a great time! We will be back.

    My kids love this place. Especialy as they get older. Many things for teend to do, rollerskating, bowling and go-carts. Many different packages. They go almost every Friday or Saturday.
