Two of my grandchildren were visiting from NC and I wanted to take them to a water park so I picked one by my house in west Boca located within a wonderful park. We arrived when they opened. The price was fair and we were looking forward to having a fun day which for the children 2 and 4 it was a fun day. When we first got there the first thing I noticed was the lounge chairs. This is a great water park for the price, and the convience if you live close by. I prefer taking smaller kids there because older kids prefer bigger rides, like my children. Overall, its a great place for the family, but I think they can add more rides.

Most of them had black mold on them but I tried to over look that and pick one that was not too bad. Then we decided to travel the lazy river. I noticed right away that there was green algy on the floor and along the walls as well as patches of black algy. I have my own pool at home so I'm very aware of the up keep that it takes to maintain the chemicals. The staff was mostly young people that couldn't really answer my question of how often do they clean the pool. I'm really surprised that this problem has not been addressed or maybe it has. This is certainly not healthy for the adults to swim in let alone the children. This park is in a very nice area and should really clean things up before the Health Department comes down on them. I did try and speak to someone about the things that I noticed but was unable to find anybody. My intentions were to stay for the day and eat lunch as well however after what I saw, I certainly didn't want to stay not knowing how the food was handled.
