Great Place !! I’ve been coming to the pier for many years when in town… I see things have changed this time since March 2014. As with all changes, the prices did go up,but a lot of the workers are still there….. hopefully their wages went up for them as well.It really is nice to go back to a place & see the same smiling faces to take your order. My return to The Pier was kinda like the “CHEERS” sitcom, wonderful to see Rena &Eddie.Thank you for the cheerie, friendly, “WELCOME BACK, KAT”.

We’ve been here a couple times now. It’s the perfect beach spot. An open-air bar on the pier right above the sand. you can grab a beer and a burger and walk down the steps to the sand and surf. Out at the end of the pier there is a tiki bar. It’s ok, but a little odd having people fishing all around you while you sit and try to enjoy a beer with your honey – with all the bird crap and rotted fish and bait smells and all. We tend to stay at the sand-side bar. Happy hour, every drink is half price! We did have a burger for lunch – it was pretty good. I mean it’s not like Bobby Flay was in the kitchen whipping up some of his grilling expertise, but this is a beach bar and grill and we got exactly what we expected and we were good with that. Fun, cheap, and on the beach – life is good!

Awesome Summer Salad! The cheeseburger was exactly as ordered and good portion. Kids meals were good size also. It was fun watching the surfers and fishermen. Service was excellent! $50 for 2 adults & 2 kids. The birds were hanging around for food. But it was nice to be in the open air.

Nice place, they making nice margarita cocktails, coconut shrimps. The beach itself is good, places where you can rent chairs and umbrella, surfboard, etc…

Just sad to see that everything in Florida has to be a cash grab. You have to pay to walk out to the end of the pier, unless you have a meal in one of the “establishments” that are on the pier. Walking out to the beach, one must wonder it Florida has building codes when you look at the structure under the pier. Kinda sketchy….
