Where are we going today?

Are you ready to BOUNCE!? Because Cloud9 Trampoline Park is ALL about bouncing – but even more than that, it’s about giving families an incredible time staying active, learning new tricks, and even becoming a Ninja!

Yep – a Ninja!

The Cloud9 Trampoline Park features a host of activities within the Ninja Obstacle Course where you can fly through the air, flipping into foam pits, swinging through the air, tackling tyres, rope bridges, and even a spider wall. It’s the ultimate challenge for kids!

The rest of the park is where you can enjoy wall to wall trampolines so yes, you can actually bounce off the walls! There is over 10,000 sq feet of world-class trampolines, with angled wall ones, launching decks, and maybe a few surprises thrown in for good measure!

If you want to get a slam dunk or be on the winning team at Dodgeball, then they have that too! Cloud9 feature Air Dunk where you can bounce your way across the basketball court, or play Extreme Dodgeball with your new friends.

You can test your balance with SlackLine (just don’t look down!), and even feel the thrill of the circus on the Trapeze. With foam pits and aerial skills too, it’s no wonder Cloud9 is so popular!

Keep an eye out for the fun activities that the center hold across the year, including KidJump for those little ones under 6 years, as well as Family Night, Theme Nights, and even Club Nights!

It’s the perfect way to have fun, and stay fit without realizing you are using up all of that energy!

So let’s get bouncing, and bonce onto Cloud9!

My children loved it; my experience was that the music was ridiculously loud and the teenage staff was disinterested in the safety of children. In the foam pit area, where children and teens were doing back flips, potentially onto others below, the teen "monitoring" the area actually pulled the brim of his hat down over his eyes and took a little cat nap. That was until the cute female teen came to jump and then he was more concerned with "spotting" her and flirting and never once glanced at the high jump off area. It is not a place I would describe...Read More

Love Cloud9, My children are 11 and 15, they are experienced jumpers (and a variety of other tricks too)! This is a great place to get some not so passive exercise and have fun all at the same time. Fill out the needed paperwork online before coming in, understand that on busy days, like Saturday, they will sell out! This is for every ones safety. This is not a place to bring children under the age of three, too dangerous.

I have been to Cloud 9 on two occasions. First was in January for my son's birthday and it was a success. My best friend then had her party there tonight for her son. Tonight's experience was quite the opposite. The customer service was absolutely horrific. The teenager behind the counter was rude and very sarcastic. We asked to speak to a manager and were denied. After tracking down a manager ourselves, the problem was still not handled. They have a great concept, but the management needs help in customer service. The check-in process...Read More

I absolutely LOVE this place!! You can buy tickets for 'air time' 1 or 2 hours at a time. I went here recently with friends and had a blast! Once you get on the trampolines and jump around, you feel instantly young again :) They have obsticles at different locations in the facility like the foam pit or dodgeball area...
After 1 hour of doing this, you stop and get a drink or take a break and you feel like you had a workout. It's a wonderful feeling, you never know you're actively doing quite a bit of cardio until you're done.
    I'm definitely going...Read More

WARNING: ONLINE RESERVATIONS CANNOT BE RESCHEDULED. I made reservations for a party of 6 for a Saturday afternoon. A few days later, I needed to add a seventh person to our party. Because our flight time was sold out, I called to reschedule for a later time when all seven of us could jump together. I was told that our reservation could not be changed, even though there was space available later in the day, because they "cannot access the system" for online reservations. They can only change reservations made over the phone. However, reservations...Read More

It is not a place I would describe as family fun, but was more geared towards teens and up. Your children will have fun, mine are begging to go back, but please keep a close eye on them. I was very excited and it was disappointing that Cloud 9 missed the "family" mark for me.

The check-in process for multiple children leaves much to be desired. For a group outing, this is not the place.

Unfortunately, we have not yet had a chance to jump. We were very much looking forward to celebrating my son's birthday at Cloud9, but now it seems that one of us will have to sit on the sidelines and watch instead of jump with the others.

To me, this is unacceptable customer service, and I would hesitate to return after this.
