AWSOME camp ground. Nice big sites, friendly people, well stock little store, and not that far from things if you want to day trip.

Great camp ground with large spaces. Store on site. Bathrooms with showers nice and clean. Bring quaters for the shower not free. Nice lake

This public campground has over 700 sites and there's just not enough stuff to patrol and maintain it. Portable toilets are a disaster, they stink a few hundred feet away, don't even try to enter those. Don't be fooled by the "No Alcohol" signs all over the place - all campers (at least around our site) were drinking pretty much openly without any consciences. Also, don't count on the "Quiet Hours from 10pm to 7am", nobody enforces and no one complies with those. Portable toilets are a disaster, they stink a few hundred feet away, don't even try to enter those. Also, don't count on the "Quiet Hours from 10pm to 7am", nobody enforces and no one complies with those. A lot of dogs, some bark through the night, and again there was no way to shut them up or get owners to get the hell out of the campground. Office takes complains and does nothing. Very disappointing, because it’s really is a nice place and very close to the ocean. But I’m not going there again, just too loud, too stinky and too crowded.
