My 11 month old daughter and I decided to have a "father / daughter" outing here and we both loved it. Her favorite parts were the water fountains and butterfly "house". For less than the cost of 1 movie ticket, we were able to get some great photo and memories here. Next time we come (hopefully soon) we will bring mom along too.

I suppose i went with higher expectations. The "sensory" garden was a let down, I was expecting something featuring novel/exotic plants that had interesting textures, soft to the touch, interesting smells perhaps even tastes, wind chimes...something more than a circular herb garden. I have more variety in my flowerpot herb garden. The rest of the gardens were also a bit of a let down, daisies an coneflowers are nice, but I come to a botanical garden to see plants that i wouldn't normally see in a regular park, barring that I would at least like...Read More

My Mom, my son, & I absolutely loved the Botanica. It is beautiful. The butterfly area is a must see. We didn't see the whole Botanica because it got too hot out for my son, but we plan to come back to Wichita when it's nicer out to see the whole Botanica.

Yes I really think everyone in Wichita should visit here. The atmosphere is so relaxing and I prefer weekdays when there are fewer crowds. This is a must see place for sure.
