Where are we going today?

When kids visit a museum, they don't want to be surrounded by "Do Not Touch" signs - they want to touch, play, feel and experiment! That's where Boca Raton Children's Museum comes in!

The Boca Raton Children's Museum is ALL about kids having fun, which is why their exhibits allow them to get really hands on with it all! There are interactive displays, unique programs, and diverse cultural events - all of which are created with the child's development in mind.

Each of the exhibits has a different theme, and the staff are often adding more so you have new things to explore and play with!

Kids can shop the old fashioned way at Ricketts Corner Store, which is a replica of Boca Raton's FIRST grocery store. How cool is that!

Need to pop to the bank? Well, why didn't you say so, kids! KidsCents Bank has all the workings of a real bank, with a working vault and teller windows. What's cool about this exhibit, is that kids have to solve word problems to get into the vault, so they learn words and reading too!

There are fossils and artifacts to be found at Dr. Dig's Back-Porch, with a very cool life sized puzzle too.

Have some thespians in the family? The Miniature Theater encourages kids to play with all the fun toys, props, and puppets where they can use their imagination and creativity to dress up and be anyone they want!

Dress ups, pirates, music....there is so much more waiting for those creative and active kids!

Boca Raton Children's Museum is waiting for YOU!

What a waste of time and money...very disappointing. the place is tiny, cluttered and toys are old.
The train track was falling apart and missing pieces. It wasn't on a train table either, it was on the ground!
Also, the only part of the museum that was fun was the grocery area. However, the grocery room was tiny and there was very little room for toddlers to push their carts around. It was seriously just absurd.

Boca Raton children's museum was one of the best museums i have ever been. it has all of the thing that almost wahtever childreen will like. you can find a lot of differents things to do and to make, be cause you can also make an do a lot of things. Also, one of the bad things is that hthe museum close very very early. Be cause of that you have to go early in the morning, so you can see and do al the things you have.
    please, visit it.

I was thankful that I had a Groupon for this place. I payed $8 for 3 admission passes. They normally charge $5 per person, infants are free. I thought it was a little ridiculous to charge a 17 month old admission. I can see paying $5 for ages 3 and up. It would have been $15 for myself and 2 kids (ages 4yrs & 17months)...I am thankful for the Groupon, indeed! I didn't feel the museum was very educational. The set-up was cute but I could have stayed home and played with our own dress up clothing and play kitchen with play food.

How about I open my home for people to come play with my child's old toys, call it a "museum" and charge for admission? Seems like a great idea!
