We stayed here in August 2014. Janell, one of the owners, is the SWEETEST person you will EVER meet! She is BEYOND kind and helpful and willing to go the extra mile to make your stay just incredible! There is a beautiful river flowing right through the campsites and mountains on every side! It's a short 10 minutes to town but the country is absolutely peaceful and there is zero road noise. We REFUSE to stay anywhere else besides here when we visit! They have tent, camper and RV spots, a luxurious shower room and wonderful-working laundry facilities!...Read More

We recently took a trip to Pagosa Springs and stayed at Blanco River Rv Park for a week. The camp hosts were very pleasant. We were very comfortable and relaxed. The showers and laundry room were immaculate. There were squirrels that played in front of you, along with beautiful magpies and humming birds. We will be going back.

Blanco River RV Park and Janell and Sonny are amazing!! We had a great time and couldn't ask for more from this campground. The bathrooms are spotless, the hosts are ready and willing to help with whatever you need and you can't beat the scenery!! We camped right on the river and woke up each morning and went to bed each night with the sounds of the Blanco River. We will be going back next year and staying longer!! Thank you Janell and Sonny for a great vacation at an amazing resort! And in response to the negative review, I am glad that they...Read More

I walked in the front door and the place looked neat and clean. I had some of my nieces belongings that got soaking wet because she was playing in the water and saw that this place had laundry facilities. Nobody was working inside the building so I went to the back room where the pay-to-use washer and dryers were. I put the stuff that needed to be dried into a dryer and then went to look for a quarter dispenser. I didn't find any quarter dispenser but I did see a sign to push a button on a phone that would get somebody to come help me. I pushed...Read More

This is an amazing RV/Camp ground. The owners Shirley & Michel are so wonderful,
helpful, always ready to assist you. The facility is spotless. The owners take pride
in there facility and it truly shows. We spent a week there and it rained all week, they
became good friends during this stay and expressed many time how badly they felt
about the weather. We stuck it out and plan to return next season with friends. We had the opportunity to research areas for our next visit. The sound of the river was very soothing. Many friendly folks staying...Read More

And in response to the negative review, I am glad that they reserve the use of the facilities to paid campers so they are always nice and pristine :-) If you want a place to stay and relax and enjoy the majestic sounds and views, this is the place for you!! Highly recommend.

I pushed the button and waited. I noticed the main room of the club house is spacious and has tables and books and games. Looked like a nice place to hang out! A woman walked in the door and greeted me and asked me if she could help me. I put money on the counter and asked for quarters so I use the dryer. What happened next shocked me. The woman asked where I was staying. I told her I was staying just down the river a bit. She told me that the laundry facility is reserved for use by people only staying on their property. I remarked that the laundry room "looks pretty busy" sarcastically hoping she would understand that the place was empty as well as the foolishness of having a policy that restricts her businesses customer base. She said something else that I don't remember. I said to her "OK, you don't want my money" got my money off the counter, went and got my nieces soaked things and went to walk out. The lady was still telling me why I wasn't allowed to use her facility. I told her that she would be finding my experience online and "Good Day." The purpose of a business is to make money. I came to give her money and she told me she didn't want my money because of where my tent was pitched.

This park is located on the river and is in a beautiful valley. The problem with this place is not the property its the management. I don't recommend this park.
