There are also rafts and boogie boards available to rent!

Those little kids will love the very tropical sounding Bora Bora Bay, with the fun tipping tree frogs. Ribbit Ribbit! All those little climbing monkeys in the family will love it!

For those kids under 48" Otter Slides are your place to be, with smaller slides dropping down into the tropical bay, and for those over 48" - get ready for the storm! Hurricane Slides are for all those little daredevils that want to plunge down one of the 3 body slides - weeeeee!

Want something...SCARY! Kids - meet The Black Hole! Not for the weak of heart, you will be enjoying your ride on a tube into a very DARK and enclosed slide! We told you it was scary!

From Tornado Twisters to the twists and turns down the White serpentine Slide, you certainly won't be short of thrills at Big Surf. Of course, there are more of the relaxing attractions like Captain Cook's Landing which is PERFECT for those toddlers in the family - especially if they are going to get excited about playing with a turtle, alligator, and even a seal (Don't worry parents - they are only play!).

BEWARE: The pool is not that clean and lifeguards are a joke. You get what you pay for. This was the cheaper of the waterparks in the area. The wave pool is a joke. Every 5 minutes it will do a big wave then the rest has these small waves. All wave pools I have been to has surges of waves and gives you a warning they are about to come. Besides the pool there are only slides, there are no areas that you can just relax and enjoy the water. And the big reason I gave such a low rating is there was poop floating in the pool. I told the life guard and...Read More

The restrooms aew disgusting and dirty. The stones on the ground are very sharp and without sandals your feet will be hurt for sure.

Been to other waterparks even in the middle east. It's the US and much worse than them.

    Won't go again. Never, ever.

We got a ticket though GROUPON and that should have been a good clue. The park is old and in need of renovations. The kids had a fun time nonetheless, it's water and they did like the waves, however I was ripped off by Big Surf. I sent my teen to put some things in a locker. The charge for the locker was $7.00. My son deposited a $20.00 bill and the machine did not give him any change. I went to see what had happened and in small print at the bottom of where you pay it says you must use exact change. First the signs should be by where you deposited...Read More

Aside from aggressive adults in the wave pool, everything was amazing. I would not recommend taking your little ones in the wave pool during early afternoon as I watched 5 kids get elbowed in the face and launched into the water by adults on their boogie boards. Aside from that, ice cream was great, sitting area on the lawn was phenomenal, and the people that run the place were very delightful and helpful! I know my 8 year old niece had an absolute blast!

First the signs should be by where you deposited the money and not at the bottom. 2nd I want to know how many people have $7.00, I mean I want to say that lots of people will have $5.00, $10.00 or $20.00 but $7.00 really??. 3rd, I know I am probably not the first person that has this issue and I am sure that lots of other parents and kids have been ripped off by the same oversight.
I addressed the manager of Big Surf and he gave me the number for Tiburon Locker Company. He basically said that he had nothing to do with the Lockers. I was dumbfounded Really?? Really?? you allow a third party put their lockers in your premises and allow them to cheat people?? and then you say you have nothing to do with it???
This little trip and adventure basically ended costing more than the price of the GROUPON. It was really not worth it.
