About this activity

Barefoot Landings is not just a location, it's an experience! It's a place where the whole family can get out, and enjoy the various attractions together, have a great laugh and even go on some rides.

You can wander down the boardwalk with all sorts of music blasting out to bop away to. Mmm...what's that smell?  With so many restaurants your stomach won't know what's hit it!  At night, they can just soak up the atmosphere with the lights, sounds, and excitement!

Barefoot Amusements offer a varity of kids rides and family fun, where all ages can enjoy the fun!

The Barefoot Carousel is always a favorite for the kids with it's classically fun horse statues to ride, and there is a fun fishing feeding area too.

They even have one of the largest reptile zoos in the world - Alligator Adventure!  (But we won't go into too much detail on this one here, check out Family Day's Out individual entry for that one!)

You can get lost in the mirror maze, or experience local ghosts....spooooky!  Get your rags on for the Old Tyme Portraits, where you can be transformed into someone from the ye olde days, or

From June to August they also hold bright weekly fireworks to end your nights with! Oh - and you can get your picture taken with a live tiger!  The T.I.G.E.R.S Preservation Station is great for hose who love animals, where you can watch the cubs and the larger cats interact and play with each other, and get your picture taken with one of the cute cubs (from March to October).  You might even get to hold an ape too!
