You can wander down the boardwalk with all sorts of music blasting out to bop away to. Mmm...what's that smell? With so many restaurants your stomach won't know what's hit it! At night, they can just soak up the atmosphere with the lights, sounds, and excitement!
There is a super cool 7D cinema with 10 different rides which range from 5 to 15 minutes. You don't just watch the movies - you see, smell, hear and feel them!
The Barefoot Carousel is always a favorite for the kids with it's classically fun horse statues to ride, and there is a fun fishing feeding area too.
They even have one of the largest reptile zoos in the world - Alligator Adventure! (But we won't go into too much detail on this one here, check out Family Day's Out individual entry for that one!)
You can get lost in the mirror maze, or experience local ghosts....spooooky! Get your rags on for the Old Tyme Portraits, where you can be transformed into someone from the ye olde days, or
From June to August they also hold bright weekly fireworks to end your nights with! Oh - and you can get your picture taken with a live tiger! The T.I.G.E.R.S Preservation Station is great for hose who love animals, where you can watch the cubs and the larger cats interact and play with each other, and get your picture taken with one of the cute cubs (from March to October). You might even get to hold an ape too!

Very Nice place in North Myrtle Beach. There are TONS of stores and places to eat, plus ice cream and candy stores! It was so crowded most days that it was hard to find a place to park. It has the House of Blues, Alabama Theatre, Alligator Adventure and T.I.G.E.R. preservation station. A heads up the Tigers are only there 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. It is not much different than most tourist places that you go as far as prices. If you are looking for a cheap place to shop then there are different places to go than here. An ice cream cone was $5.95. If you...Read More

We visited Barefoot Landing in 2013 and loved it! So we made sure to go back again this year! I love the outdoor shopping, the numerous variety of stores and how certain stores offer such unique products. From the Mole Hole, Black Market Minerals, officially two of my favorite stores for all time.!

Barefoot Landing was an excellent place for us to go with our pet. They had multiple restaurants, help centers, and just a very nice, clean, and family-fun environment for us to be in! The view of the Inter-coastal waterway was nice with multiple bridges connecting all of Barefoot Landing.
It's a very nice place that we would visit again whenever in Myrtle Beach!

My three teens, husband, and I spent a fun three hours at Alligator Adventure; then got wings at Wild Wing Cafe, which was really good, including the service; and then had fun walking around the shops. It's nice to have a place like this in North Myrtle Beach to complement Broadway at the Beach in Myrtle Beach. They're about 15 miles apart so you can enjoy a similar experience no matter where you've chosen to spend your day. Since we came in April and had "iffy" weather our whole visit, we appreciated the attractions at these venues.
