Where are we going today?

Baby loves disco is an afternoon dance party featuring real music spun and mixed by real djs blending classic disco tunes From the 70s, & 80s guaranteed to get those little booties moving and grooving.
Baby Loves Disco is transforming the hippest night clubs into child proof discos as toddlers, pre-schoolers and parents looking for a break from the routine playground circuit let loose for some post naptime, pre-dinner fun.
The fun spills out from all corners of the club: bubble machines, baskets of scarves and egg-shakers, a chill-out room (with tents, books and puzzles), diaper changing stations, a full spread of healthy snacks and dancing, LOTS of dancing. But at it’s core, Baby loves disco is a community event that brings kids together with kids and parents together with parents.

If you want good customer service, go elsewhere. I accidentally left a jacket, a gift from my daughter, in the closet when I checked out. I called within a few hours and spoke with a woman in security who promised me she would check and call me "right back". Of course I never heard from her, so I called the next day and asked to speak to the hotel manager. I then proceeded to leave messages for "Ruth V." for two days and never heard from her either. Now I'm into my third day of calling about my jacket, and was now told that the room was occupied...Read More

The Hard Rock in Las Vegas is hated ! The servers are mean witches that need to mind their own business. Sercurity are +ssholes except one you know who you are. Management are lost airheads! I get the feeling the Hard Rock in Vegas is run by a bunch of kids. Hate and evil is in the Hard Rock Las Vegas air. The employees are blind! I never want to go there again! Ruined my experience! The bathroom was dirty!

We were in the tower furtherest away.

Our rooms were great. They were clean and high end, as they were recently renovated. The bed was very comfy.

The Hard Rock pools and beach were great and a defiant reason to choose them.

My only complaints is the walk to the tower, the lobby has a cheap, weird candy smell and generally feels uninviting.

Despite it being off the strip, and my concerns with the Lobby, I would recommend and stay here again.

Bartender intentionally ignored me for well over 20 minutes. That makes me feel completely unwelcome. All of the good will of the other employees at that point is useless. I won't be back, and this is from a guy that just a few years ago helped update their accounting / player management software when I worked for IGT. I was welcome upstairs to fix their software but when I try and buy a drink at the bar - I'm just too old and fat and they don't want my type in their young and hip casino.

Awful experience, we are here right now and were told the hotel was family friendly, well it's not. We have booked for 2 adults and 3 kids, so we needed 2 rooms interconnecting. They have put our 2 rooms 20 rooms apart making it a real hassle in the mornings and night getting kids ready, needless to say supervision is a problem.

Shuttle bus only runs to the strip until 5pm (useless). 3 of the 4 pools are out of operation and last pool is only open to 6pm (who's back before 6 from the days activities? That's just as unless as there bus.). Of course...Read More

Of course I never heard from her, so I called the next day and asked to speak to the hotel manager. I then proceeded to leave messages for "Ruth V." for two days and never heard from her either. Now I'm into my third day of calling about my jacket, and was now told that the room was occupied and they can't check.

I'm not high maintenance - this jacket was just important to me. If the first gal had followed through and gone down to the room they could have recovered it, and Ruth V. should have called me back and apologized.

I won't be staying at the Hard Rock again.

Update on 11/8 - finally got a call back from security, basically "We don't know where your jacket is." So not only were they inept in their efforts to track my jacket down, someone on the hotel staff (probably Security or Housekeeping) has decided to keep it as their own. And I tipped housekeeping every day they came in - thanks a lot!

Of course the only pool open was the smallest of all their pools. We were looking forward to a dip in the pool or spa after long days shopping and sight seeing.

Spoke to locals and we should have stayed at Circus Circus which everyone says is family friendly. The rooms and facilities are very nice, but would strongly not recommend this hotel for families.

It's also at least a 20 minute walk from the strip in a grungy area. There is no public transport, I'm looking at google maps selecting transit and it's telling me to walk or you will have to cab it. Ps judging from what others have said make sure you take a photo of the mini bar on leaving so you can dispute any charges.

This is now our last night and after 2 calls from our travel agent and security having to be called to the kids room the hotel have not bothered to follow up, I guess they got their money and could not give a rats.
